I am on Long Island in New York. I had bought my first dress at a different place, and I absolutely loved it, but when I took it to the seamstress, she totally ruined it. I was devasted because my wedding is a month away. Two Hearts Bridal had the dress in stock, and they were able to ship it to me since I had already tried on the dress and knew that I loved it. Amy was so helpful, and she saved my wedding! Thank you!

My stylist was on the same page with me the entire time and I it made my appointment amazing! Why was she on the same page you might ask? From the virtual appoiment to every comment made about each dress she listened and asked questions to ensure she understood. She stayed within my budget with every dress. We tried a few different styles to make sure I absolutely loved what I picked and has no regrets later. And every dress that was picked still fell in a general range and I loved them but the first dress I tried on was sooo beautiful I kept coming back to it. She even put notes in for when I get it altered so I don't have to remember but will make a difference like replace the hooks... I am so glad I made the hour trip!

Sadie was absolutely AMAZING!! Oh my gosh!! She was so sweet and kind! She really listened to what I liked and didn't like about each dress I tried on. She took in everything I said and kept pulling dresses that were closer and closer to The One! Her advice and suggestions throughout the appointment were wonderful! My experience at THB was nothing sort of amazing! From booking my appointment to walking out the door with my dress, everything was seamless. Cassandra took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a dress and budget. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and the transparency of inventory, pricing, and "what to expect" when shopping with TBH was so refreshing! I absolutely loved everything about shopping here! My experience was amazing. Bridget was working with me and she made this better than I could have ever imagined. I loved walking in and already having some dresses in my "wardrobe" to try on. After that Bridget picked up on what I liked and didn't like right away, encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone to solidify what I liked and what I didn't like, and most importantly didn't have me try on anything that was clearly to large or too small. I had the perfect experience. I was so nervous and anxious but they made it all go away. I tried on all the styles I was interested. I found my dream dress. My bridal party got tons of pictures and videos. I had questions and they have sent me all the information I needed. Very patient and kind people. We had an amazing experience at Two Hearts Bridal! They have created a well thought out start to finish process that allows brides to communicate their preferences and also become fully educated on how this unique shop works. Madison was wonderful to work with! She was kind, supportive, encouraging and really understood what I was looking for. I was able to come home with a dress that will be perfect for our day.

I cannot rave enough about my experience here! I was unsure of where to start in the wedding dress process, and am beyond thrilled I started here. As soon as you walk in you feel at ease, it’s very comfortable and decorated beautifully. I was lucky to get Sadie as my stylist, and she truly made the day!!! It felt very personal and by the end of it felt like she got to know me very well. She ended up going in the back to shop around for dresses for me, and picked out the exact dress that is now my wedding dress! She was amazing and made the whole experience so easy, fun and relaxed! Our group loved that we had our own separate room with a velvet curtain for me to change behind, it made it so fun and felt like such a reveal every time I changed dresses! Highly recommend this place as well as choosing Sadie to help assist you!
