Bailey was absolutely the best person to work with. She listened to all of my thoughts and concerns and guided me into picking the perfect dress for my wedding. She went above and beyond with ensuring I would have a dress in time and I could not be more thankful. All of the Grayce staff was very welcoming and accommodating all around. My stylist was awesome!! She made a point to get a good understanding of what I liked, she was great at conversation, she made it clear that I could say 'no' to a dress or to things I didn't like on a dress (very important), and she gave me and my party her undivided attention. Her dress selection was perfect for what I've been looking for (and her clamping abilities were perfect too, the dresses went from huge to perfectly fitted in a few seconds)!

This was the best wedding dress experience I have ever had! Not only was the atmosphere at Grayce so positive and uplifting, but Dominique especially went out of her way to make sure I could figure out which style dress I preferred and helped me narrow it down. She asked for inspo pictures beforehand, so by the time I arrived for my appointment, she already knew exactly what I wanted. Everyone there was so kind and made me feel so special. We weren’t rushed or pushed into making a purchase, and after we did decide to buy my (perfect!) dress from Grayce, they offered to pay the appointment cancellation fee for another bridal store that we were planning to visit the next day. TLDR; Grayce bridal was a 10/10 experience and I seriously cannot recommend them enough!

I truly enjoyed my experience with Grayce Bridal. My consultant was attentive and really listened to what I was looking for in a dress. I plan to make a follow up appointment to try on a few more dresses before I make a final decision.

This was my first trip dress shopping, and it was nothing short of amazing!!! They have plenty of options, a sale event happening, and the best stylists! Callie was a dream! She was very patient, understanding, and cared about what I had in mind! I showed her inspo pictures and left with my dream dress!!!! She was the best!! The staff was very attentive and helpful. You could tell that they wanted my daughter to find the perfect prom dress just as much as I did We will continue to use the shop for many years to come. They have such a huge selection and they make their top priority as soon as you walk in the door.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Sadie. She was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and kind to my daughter (who is 11 and was my only shopping guest). She didn't try to put me into anything that I knew I wouldn't be comfortable in, and she made me feel beautiful in everything I tried on. Definitely would recommend that friends seek out her assistance if they were to shop at Grayce.

Mrs? Miss? Lol CALLIE was amazing. Let me just say, I have tried other bridal stores and no one was as helpful as, Callie. Not only did she know all of the material yet, she also knew how the fabric can be worked with. She gave examples of things I could do to make the dress I wanted. She made calls at my appointment to ask about alterations, size, when the order would arrive etc. If you want LITERAL help finding a dress, “Grayce” for the win! AND their dresses will not throw you into debt!

Bailey was an absolute sweetheart. This experience started off as a very overwhelming morning: I didnt have a huge party with me and Bailey helped me to feel less shameful of that. I didn’t know what I did or did not like, I didn’t know the small details of what I needed or wanted to stray away from, and any time I tried on a dress and found myself stumbling to find what it was missing, Bailey had a better recommendation follow. I love how many questions were asked prior to trying on any dresses, Bailey made sure to get every detail to give me the best experience I appreciate that so much. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. I will be bringing back my Fiancé to help me eliminate options, as well as have his fitting done. 100/10 would recommend Bailey to a friend!!!

As a new bride to be, wedding dress shopping was an exciting but nerve racking experience. Kayley was my consultant and she helped me through everything - every step of the way. She quickly broke the ice with me and made me feel more comfortable before ever trying anything on. She listened to my requests on what kind of dress I was looking for and helped me pick the perfect one. She continuously asked how I was and talked me through everything when I was getting noticeably overwhelmed. She was so kind and made me feel beautiful and special even when I wasn’t feeling it myself. I could never have gone through this process without her. I highly recommend Grayce because they have a large variety of gowns of all styles. Every employee there was so helpful and kind throughout the whole process and never made me feel rushed or anything. I could not thank everyone there enough.

I had the best time at Grayce finding my perfect wedding dress! Tiffany was absolutely AMAZING, she knew how to make the dresses look phenomenal on me and she made me feel like I was the only bride there. You could tell she truly cared and was on a mission to make sure I found something that I absolutely was in love with. I cannot recommend Grayce and Tiffany enough. Jessica who took my measurements is also an absolute gem, she was super sweet and gave great advice on what size I should order. I also got the pleasure of meeting Bailey, who when we asked about the possibility of adding sleeves to the dress I picked, was on the phone with the director of operation within seconds finding out an answer for me. While that was the only time I’ll get to wedding dress shop, I will absolutely recommend any future brides I know to check out Grayce!
