Kayley was amazing! I booked for a 45 minute appointment and found a dress that I loved but felt I couldn’t say yes because I only tried a few dresses on. She let me know that she did not have an appointment after me and let me continue my appointment to be sure and I decided on that original dress! If it wasn’t for her willingness to extend my appointment I may have missed out on my dream dress!

Savannah was amazing and so helpful! She helped me find the perfect dress. I never felt rushed or pressured about anything. My sister bought her dress here a few years ago and had a great experience so I knew I had to go back!

I went in not expecting to find something, as it was my first time trying on dresses. They greeted us at the door and were with me every step of the way. They truly took into consideration what I liked/disliked. They guided me and kept my confidence up as a midsize girly! I ended up finding my dress with the help from the amazing and detail oriented staff!

Grayce Bridal is a fantastic place to find the perfect dress for any formal occasion. This will be my daughter’s second dress from this shop within the last year for high school dances. We only wished it had been in our area sooner for our eldest daughter. The staff are friendly and the shop is clean with that special kind of touch that takes your shopping experience next level. We will continue to return to the Chattanooga TN location for our formal needs.

Dominique was marvelous!! She was well informed, knew dress styles and dress construction ( very important for petite individuals that have to alter almost all of their clothing). Dominique made the apointment fun while she keenly paid attention to the small comments my daughter made about her likes and dislikes. This helped her find the perfect dress and veil for my lovely sweet daughter to say "yes to the dress!" Dominique did all of this with class and such a lovely personality!! Thank you for your help!!

Dominique was an absolute angel!!!! We used every little bit of our appointment time and BOY did we have fun 😭 I came in thinking I knew what I wanted… lol typical bride behavior. She helped me find that PERFECT look I thought I wanted, and lo and behold, we found something even better!!!!!! Keeping my budget and desires in mind, she is a star associate and I’m so grateful for her attentiveness and incredible attitude.

My stylist was awesome!! She made a point to get a good understanding of what I liked, she was great at conversation, she made it clear that I could say 'no' to a dress or to things I didn't like on a dress (very important), and she gave me and my party her undivided attention. Her dress selection was perfect for what I've been looking for (and her clamping abilities were perfect too, the dresses went from huge to perfectly fitted in a few seconds)!
