I went to Jennifer’s for my first wedding dress try on and it was such a wonderful experience. Jennifer walked us through everything and was very knowledgeable, answering any questions we had and giving us answers to questions we didn’t even think to ask! I highly recommend!!!

If you need a wedding dress, this is ABSOLUTELY the place to go. The staff is so nice and the selection of dresses is a lot but not overwhelming! Jennifer made picking out a dress a super comfortable experience, like I had known her for years. Her expertise also helps you find something you may not have thought would be your style.

I had an absolutely amazing experience! I liked being able to look at the gowns myself and feel the fabric. I brought 3 people with me and we were all able to pick a few gowns that we liked for me to try on. I went to another store where they picked the gowns for you. It wasn't the same experience at all. The salesperson also just handed me the gown to try on and helped fasten it. Amy held each dress for me and helped me step into it or pull it over my head. Sounds like a little thing but it made me feel special. The store is classy but comfortable. I would definitely recommend this store to every bride!

Five stars for Amy and Jennifer’s Bridal! I came in at the beginning of my dress search and figured out a lot of what I wanted and didn’t want with Amy’s help and patience. She listened to everything I said (and even caught the facial expressions when I couldn’t put my thoughts into words) and made edits to our picks as we went along. It couldn’t have been a better experience.

I felt like a princess. We had the store to ourselves and Jennifer the owner and I had so much in common. I was able to find the perfect dress.

Going to Jennifer’s Bridal to try on wedding dresses accompanied by my family members was a wonderful experience. They have a wide selection of beautiful dresses and a great seating area for family and friends. Amy provided the best assistance and paid attention to the details. She listened to my mom and friend’s concerns as well and pulled dresses they liked as well. She was friendly and kind and so helpful. She helped make this experience great. Jennifer caffo was wonderful. I went in to look at the little white dress trunk show which I soon realized we’re not bridal gowns, duh. But I told Jennifer my idea of a simple wedding dress, she had one in mind and sure enough it was the one! Never ever did I thought I would walk out of there that day purchasing my wedding dress. You can tell she has been doing this for a long time. She was helpful, honest and somehow new the exact dress I was looking for that really fit my vibe and body type. Couldnt thank her enough.

Jennifer’s Bridal was my last stop for the day and I was beginning to feel discouraged that I wasn’t going to find “the dress.” As soon as I got there Caroline made me feel so welcomed and helped guide me through the process! I had a wonderful experience at Jennifer's Bridal! I traveled from PA after reading a review left on another bridal shop's site and someone mentioned to go here! From the moment I spoke on the phone with someone to make an appointment from the moment I left my appointment, everyone was so kind, calm, and friendly!! I really appreciate excellent customer service and nice people (who doesn't right?) I was able to walk around the entire store and select any dress to try on without interruption. No dresses are in bags and I could clearly see everything. I never felt rushed (so important to me!) or made to feel like I needed to make a decision that day. Caroline is amazing and a great calming presence during the entire process. She was also great in helping me imagine what the dresses would look like if they were altered properly and helped me narrow down what I liked and talked things through with me. I had been to other bridal shops and felt rushed and felt like I had to know exactly what I wanted before I even tried anything on and that is the complete opposite here! Amazing store and you can tell the employees care about their work. Keep up the awesome bridal experience!!!! Even the other consultant seemed amazing too! I will recommend this place to every bride.

I had an appointment on Sunday, January 29th and immediately was impressed with the salon. The overall layout of the salon was beautiful and had a great flow to it. Jenn was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! She was able to pick up on my style, vision, wants/needs and assisted me perfectly in finding my dream dress!! She made the experience absolutely wonderful. I could not be more happy!!! She even went out of her way to make my daughter feel a part of the process along the way.

Amy was great! She helped me try on all different styles of dress and I really liked the one on one attention. The pedestal viewing area was spacious and I didn't have to compete for mirror space with the other bride!

I had gone to one other boutique in Philly as what I thought was a well respect location. There I was rushed, not listened to, insulted, and scolded for looking at other dresses. Jennifers was not only accommodating but kind, patient, respectful, friendly, and so helpful that it transformed my experience and made me feel wonderful. I was able to try and ultimately purchase the dress of my dreams that I didnt even know or would have tried if it weren't for Jen. Jen was amazing and truly felt in my corner and cared about. Amy was a fantastic consultant and I really enjoyed working with her. The selection at Jennifer's for bridal isn't as big as other salons I've visited, and not as big of a range. The other thing to note is that there are multiple appointments going on at the same time in the same area no which takes away from the one-on-one appointment experience other salons offer.

The look of Jennifer’s is absolutely amazing! It’s very farmhouse/rustic and clean! My only thing was I felt like there was not a lot of inventory. It could have been my budget but the dresses in my budget were slim. The owner and her coworker Jen were both super sweet and a pleasure to work with.

Couldn’t have imagined a better experience picking out my wedding dress! A lot of women in my family got their dress at Jennifer’s and I was so excited for it to be my turn! I moved to SC and still wanted to come back to DE to go here to dress shop. Jenn was so patient and helpful.
