I cannot fault the experience I had at TDR! Maya was absolutely incredible- she put me at ease, spent time getting to know me as a bride and was absolutely faultless. Sometimes dress appointments can be a little overwhelming but Maya made the experience so effortless, she understood what I liked & didnt like and was incredibly personable. The shop itself is wonderful, there are a huge variety of dresses and you are made to feel like you’re the only bride in there (even on a busy weekend). All the staff were friendly, offering drinks & to take pictures for me when they could see I was struggling. I could go on but in short a 10/10 experience!

Paige was absolutely amazing! Very thoughtful and caring during the appointment. Nothing was too much effort, she listened and took onboard what I was asking for. Lovely environment - would definitely recommend to others. Thank you!

What can I say; this was a dream come true from start to finish. I had the most wonderful time!!! Kate was incredible: I can’t even begin to express my happiness that I got her! She seemed to understand me and what I wanted so genuinely and effortlessly and nothing was too much trouble. She is a beautiful woman. This wedding experience for me runs quite deep and I am quite an emotional soul! So the fact Kate grasped what this means for both me and my daughter was heartwarming to say the least. Thanks to Kate I also chose my dream dress as she selected it for me a a wildcard. I tried it on and didn’t look back! I’m one the moon and I can’t wait to come back with my daughter when the dress arrives. Thank you so much to the whole team but especially to Kate. She’s a credit to the team.

Myself and my bridesmaids had the best experience today with Rebecca! She was amazing from start to finish. Having felt really nervous to begin with and a little overwhelmed, she soon put me at ease and I enjoyed the experience. She told me her honest opinion and soon got to know which style of dress I liked and suited me and even went to other rooms and picked out dresses, which I loved. I tried about 10 dresses on and found the dress of my dreams, I love it and cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day. Thank you so much!

I had the most amazing experience at TDR with my mum. From the arrival cocktail, to a wonderful stylist...everything was just fantastic! I was so anxious to start wedding dress shopping but from the moment I met my stylist Flame she just put me at ease. She really listened to everything I wanted and didn't want in a dress and chose the most perfect dresses to suit me it almost made it impossible to choose my favourite! I’ve had a great experience at TDR Bridal. From the first phone call to book in, to choosing my dress with Faye and my subsequent visits with my seamstress Emma Arnold. I have never felt rushed or pressured and have been made to feel that my dress is perfect and really celebrating choosing the right dress for me. Faye was so experienced in listening to what I did and didn’t like with each dress I tried on and tailored the dress choices to try on to reflect this. I stayed open minded and Faye picked me out a dress I would never have thought I could pull off. I feel like I got the perfect dress which embodies everything I wanted to look & more importantly feel like. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble or a problem. The communication via telephone and the text appointment reminders has been great. I loved that I got two bridal boxes when I chose my dress. I came in on the allure wedding event when I chose my dress so I got an allure box and a TDR box and 20% off my dress!! BRILLIANT!! Although I still don’t know what the nice smelly heart wax thing is in the box 😂. I would highly recommend TDR to any new brides, in terms of the breadth of choice, staff knowledge and having a truly special experience from choosing to my final fitting which took place yesterday. I said yes to the dress yesterday at the Birmingham store and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Leila served us during our appointment and she made me feel so special and listened to exactly what I wanted! She made myself and everyone who came with me feel extremely welcome and offered us drinks as soon as we came in. I loved that Leila asked me to close my eyes and walk out with a veil and the dress as it would be on the day, it was a really special moment along with being asked if I said yes to the dress! I couldn’t be happier with my experience and am so in love with my dress! Can’t wait to see you again soon when my dress arrives!! Xxx

I cannot speak highly enough of the experience I have had with TDR. I’ve just come back from trying on MY dress and it was just as magical the second time of wearing it as it was choosing it. Amy was an absolute delight throughout and was my biggest cheerleader and guide through the appointment. Her expertise was second to none and helped me choose the most perfect veil to go alongside my beautiful dress. The customer experience has been 10/10, even down to the ladies walking past whilst and being so kind whilst I stood in my dress and veil. I came into store on the 7th July, aiming to just have a fun experience trying on some wedding dresses as this was my first try on session and ended up finding THE ONE! We were greeted by the lovely Maya who was just an absolute angel from start to finish. She really made myself and my group who were with me so comfortable and was super with the drinks hosting, the girls appreciated that a lot while waiting for me to try on all the dresses! Maya was amazing and really listened to the style of dress that I had in mind and she was so uplifting and gave me so much confidence when I was trying them on as I was a little insecure. However she really made me feel beautiful in every dress I tried. It was Maya who actually picked out the dress I eventually chose so I cannot thank her enough! Anyone would be lucky to have her help during a wedding dress try on, thank you again Maya!

What an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! I was really nervous coming to my appointment. TDR was the first bridal shop I’ve been to and ultimately I am an absolute NIGHTMARE trying to find any sort of clothing for an occasion and obviously I thought my wedding dress would be the hardest of them all! Della looked after us and completely put me at ease. She took me away from the group and wanted to hear what ‘I’ wanted without any outside influence. And to be honestly I really appreciated that touch as much as I wanted the approval of my family. She was right… this is my wedding and I needed to have the dress I’ve dreamt of! I saw a dress on TDR website that really caught my eye and was keen to try it on. Della already knew what one I was looking for and had it ready for me. I listened to her advice and tried on all sorts of different styles, cuts and shapes to make sure I could find ‘the one’. Non of the other dresses came close to my chosen dress in my eyes as beautiful as they all were! The FIRST dress I tried on I said ‘YES!’ To. Its was the easiest decision of my life. Della showed me different accessories I could have with my dress and hair pieces, I’m so glad she did! With Dellas advice I can proudly say I have the PERFECT dress and I cannot wait for it to come! I will be the woman mowing my grass in my wedding dress after the wedding! Thank you so so much TDR, you have certainly made my wedding dress shopping one of the most enjoyable experiences and I’m so grateful. Della is a credit to your team, very knowledgeable, understanding and most of all really does have the brides best interest at heart. TDR Bridal was recommended to me by a friend who purchased her wedding dress here. And I was not disappointed. The whole experience is a delight from meeting Sophia and trying on loads of dresses privately with my wedding party and a glass of fizz to my fitting once my chosen dress arrived. I've also just met my seamstress, Denise, last night and she is an absolute dream. Made me feel really comfortable and really knows her stuff. I cannot recommend TDR Bridal enough to anyone looking for a wonderful wedding dress experience! x

I honestly could not recommend TDR enough! From the minute we arrived we were treated so well, offered lovely cocktails and coffees and made to feel so at ease. In my initial appointment I had Leila help me find my perfect dress, she was so knowledgeable and gave me some amazing suggestions. Since then I have had my accessories and try my own dress on appointments, which again the girls were just fabulous in! So helpful and made me feel so relaxed and happy. Fast forward to last week where I came for my first pin for appointment with Annie and oh my word she’s fab! She listened to me completely and offered me different options to make the dress truly mine! All in all just the most amazing experience and I can’t wait for my dress to be finished for my big day! I had the most wonderful experience yesterday. Maya was just incredible from start to finish. Firstly she made a brilliant cocktail! But more importantly she made me feel so very special. I had a baby 12 months ago and the last year I have very much always come second and, whilst I absolutely love being a mum, it was so lovely to be the centre of attention for a few hours. Not only that but she was so helpful, helped me pull some extraordinary dresses and, best of all, helped me find my dream dress. She listened when I said about what made me feel good or uncomfortable and had the perfect solution of adding a little sleeve to my dress to make it mine and feel perfect too. I’m so excited for our wedding day now and suddenly planning a wedding in under a year feels like the best idea ever because I don’t have to wait as long as others do to wear my dress! It's never been this easy to give 5 stars! Faye treated me like a princess from start to finish, she let me take my time with all the dresses I wanted to try on. I never felt rushed - and I always felt beautiful. She was so kind and thoughtful with her questions and comments to guide me towards the perfect dress, which I did find! My mother was also very impressed with her professionalism, and THAT is a big deal. The rest of the team was also so lovely and had nothing but fun and helpful suggestions throughout as they passed by on the way to their own clients. I had the most wonderful time, thank you so so much!!!

Absolutely amazing! All staff were so friendly from start to finish. We were offered drinks as soon as we arrived. We had the lovely Sarah helping us and she was amazing. From start to finish she made my experience. She took all my nerves away straight away. There was nothing to fault about the experience at all. I feel so lucky to be a TDR bride.

A wonderful experience, from the moment I set foot into the bridal shop, everyone was so warm and welcoming. AMY looked after me and my Maid of Honour, she was amazing. She put me at ease, listened well in what I didnt feel comfortable in and was very honest about which dresses suited me and which didn't which is what I asked for!!! Amy understands how important it is for brides to look and feel perfect on their day and she definitely has your back! There was no pressure at all, it felt like I was visiting a close friend trying on dresses, sipping cocktails and having plenty of laughs together! We definitely had a lot of rapport all together!! Amy made it so much fun, all my nerves disappeared. Amy opened my eyes to dress styles I didn't think would suit me and would not have given it a second thought had I not tried them on, I was amazed and said Yes to the dress!! It was lovely to have other wedding stylists come and congratulate me too! I'm so glad Amy is my stylist and will be on my wedding journey with me, she answered any concerns I had and made me feel very special. I LOVED my gift box which I wasn't expecting, I was made to feel like I was the only bride in the world. I loved the yes to the dress photo shoot as well, it was such an amazing and special moment to be celebrating that all together. I have every confidence that Amy will have my back and make sure I feel comfortable and beautiful walking down the aisle on my big day. I love how all brides get their own little.private sections and love the decor, it makes you feel very special being there. I love how I was given the private time to get changed into each dress before clipping me in. I love that you get to walk around and pick out any dresses you like the look of as not many places I've visited have allowed this. All in all, a fabulous place to buy your wedding dress from, TDR really know how to make a girl feel special and their selection of gowns are exquisite. I had a lovely lady ring me before my appointment to ensure i felt comfortable and to ask any questions i had prior. Her kindness and energy was infectious!! Then on the day we were greeted so kindly at the door where we were then taken to a seating area, Della served us and she was so accomodating especially with my niece listened to everything i wanted and knew what i was looking for. I felt so comfortable there. Honestly the best experience, which led me to picking my dream dress!!

My stylist, Amy, was so warm and friendly. She really made me and my guests feel comfortable and myself feel beautiful in everything I tried on, she was encouraging and understanding yet also honest and her opinion was spot on every time! We also completely forgot to ask what the strawberry/cherry flavoured prosecco was but it was a group favourite!! We loved every second of it, we laughed and cried, and we found "the one" on the first shop visit! It was such a lovely, easy, stress-free appointment and I cannot thank you enough for making it an easy journey in what can be a very stressful time!

Well what can I say Myah was amazing being a bigger girl felt really worried I was with my two children and she made me feel amazing although I didt say yes to the dress it was no means anything to with her I’m just a very anxious person when it comes to decisions

From the greeting at the door to leaving the service was of a high standard. Professional, friendly. Even though many other ladies in the building choosing their special dress I felt like I was the only “one” which felt wonderful!

On arrival we were greeted by our lovely stylist who was very accommodating and couldn't do enough. Very professional and really help drive the process for the right dress. I’ve not been to a bridal boutique quite like it. This property itself is very light with beautiful decor. I would highly recommend TDR!

Well, what can I say about TDR Bridal? The MOST incredible experience from start to finish. From having my own log in to choose dresses before the appointment, to the attentiveness of staff in the lead up, to the beauty of the shop itself, free drinks for all my bridal party, and then Faye (my bridal consultant) - what can I say! I was really nervous, and she put me at ease straight away. She was warm, friendly, perceptive and knowledgeable. She made us all feel welcome, and explained the whole process to me. The dresses I tried on were just stunning, and Faye ultimately chose the dress I went for, accurately picking the perfect dress based on the feedback from those I had tried on. The icing on the cake was the beautiful gifts for us all, including a bottle of Asti for me. I honestly can't thank Faye and the TDR team enough, and would recommend them to anyone. I can see why you have won so many awards, VERY well deserved. I want every step of my wedding journey to be amazing, and TDR fulfilled this wish in every way, plus more! If I could give more than 5 out of 5 I would!! PERFECT!!

I was so nervous being an older bride ,on arrival I was greeted my a lady called Layla . She took us to the room and provided us with cocktails . We chatted about the wedding She was so so lovely ,made me feel very special and put me at ease . I have no confidence at all , she made me feel beautiful. We proceeded to choosing some dresses She gave me advice She was amazing . I tried a few dresses on all different styles, I really enjoyed it had a few laughs. Thank you Kate for making me feel so relaxed today I was very apprehensive and nervous going in as I didn’t know what to expect and it’s such a big decision! The area we were allocated was perfect big size with no one walking through so it felt private which helped eased my nerves. Only feedback for improvement is adding a selection of non-alcoholic cocktails to the menu - would be great for drivers, non-drinkers and little girls to still feel like they’re having a special cocktail

Had such a good day at TDR yesterday. Amy was fab and she couldn’t have done more for me or my family. She made me feel so comfortable and nothing was too much of an ask. Amy accommodated my nan picking out dresses and I’m glad she did as I wouldn’t have found one of my favourites! There was no pressure from Amy to buy the dress the same day and she was very kind about me coming back after having a think about the two dresses I’m stuck between. Thank you so much!
