Well what a day, this was my very first appointment in looking for my dress, I had a good idea what I wanted so was going to make it a bit easier. Upon arrival I was very nervous, why, because I am an older lady (58) and seeing the lovely young brides arriving for their appointments, all of a sudden I felt really stupid and like what am I doing here who do I think I am, I could have so easily walked away. Until the lovely Paige came in who was going to assist on my appointment, she was absolutely amazing, and quite quickly picked up on how I was feeling, and helped me put all my worries aside. The dress was brought in for me to try and I I felt absolutely amazing. I knew it was right because, I suddenly went from feeling so awful to having loads of confidence and to look at me everyone!! Paige I can not thank you enough, for helping and guiding me through this. TDR have an absolute diamond as part of your gorgeous team. Thank you for making a truly magical day x

From the moment I walked through the door and met Ellie I knew I would be finding my dress. Ellie was fantastic from start to finish and gave excellent advice and put me at ease. I attended in August as my first 'wedding dress try on appointment'. I attended with my mum and my future MIL. As soon as we walked in everyone was so friendly and made me feel so welcome. We were paired with Flayme who was so lovely and so knowledgeable. I was a little concerned as I am a 'curvy' girl who set no expectations for this appointment or type of dress that i wanted as i didnt want to be disappointed. However Flayme reassured me that she would 'get me into dresses that i want to try'. I have never had anyone hype me up so much as what Flayme did - she was fully on 'my side' and made me feel so so comfortable. I know my mum and MIL loved her too. We said YES TO THE DRESS on this day because of how we were made to feel and how special i felt in my dream dress, Thank you to everyone at TDR especially Flayme who will forever be a part of the most special experience.

I had the most incredible appointment with the lovely Paige, incredible would be an understatement, she was so kind, professional and personable, buying your wedding dress Is the first part of your wedding which you want to be absolute perfection and Paige certainly made it that way, she’s incredibly emotionally intelligent and said the right thing at the right time, after trying on a ton of dresses we narrowed it down to 2 and I just couldn’t decide, she didn’t rush me and when I tried to settle with one but not feeling 100% about it she could sense it straight away and let me re try them both on until I felt I had 100% made the right decision. I’m so grateful she did this because I walked away on top of the moon knowing I had made the right decision instead of feeling unsure which I would have done with my initial decision. I will always remember Paige and very much consider her an important part of my special day. Thank you!!

What an amazing experience! The ladies at TDR were fantastic and Ellie was a dream. I felt so comfortable and at ease. Upon arrival we were offered refreshments and taken to our seats. Ellie was knowledgeable and able to guide us through the all the different elements of wedding dresses. Highly recommend to any bride who is looking for that special moment when searching for their wedding dress.

I was so anxious and nervous about today as I do don’t have a good relationship with my body, so trying on dresses in front of people is my nightmare. On top of this I’m we were running nearly half an hour late due to traffic on the motorway and I was so stressed and upset. The second I walked through the door Leila put me at ease, and didn’t make me feel even worse about being late! she already had a glass of Prosecco waiting for me and had got to know my girls. She had taken the time to look at my favourites and understand my style, and then took me shopping. She picked up on details that I didn’t even notice in regard to preferences and my style and I ended up picking the first dress I tried on! Every part of the experience was relaxed and fun and I never felt any pressure which is another thing I was worried about. I would recommend TDR to anyone and I am SO glad I stumbled across there!

Kate looked after me, I feel she really went out of her way to try find me a dress for my big day. Kate made me feel at ease as I tried on dress after dress each time Kate got my feedback and took that on board to get me the next dress to try. Kate listened and asked questions and is great at her job. So Thanks Kate for being so patient with me. The shop is lovely and all staff came across friendly. I could not have asked for much more.

Wow what can I say! The most amazing experience! From arriving at the shop to leaving all of the staff were incredible and so welcoming. The shop was clean and inviting and made for the true bridal experience full of sparkle. I honestly can’t remember if I’ve already given feedback but would love to again just because it was that good! I have been to so many bridal shops without finding the one and honestly I didn’t have high expectations before I arrived at TDR because of this but WOW, we had an incredible experience from start to finish, it was super laid back, no pressure, Paige who worked with us was phenomenal, she asked all the right questions without being invasive, she was super patient letting my try on different dresses to eliminate things I didn’t like until she found my dream dress that gave me the ‘this is the one’ emotional moment (and I’m not an emotional person!) honestly could not fault a second and will be forever grateful to Paige and TDR for an amazing experience and making it feel so special, now I’m counting down the days until my first fitting! I can’t wait to go back!

Della was amazing - incredibly helpful and she got the brief straight away. It was a really fun experience choosing my dress - and although I came in with entirely different expectations of what I wanted, Della showed me some incredible dresses and I ended up choosing something totally different. A great day, and Della helped make it really special for my family and I.

My wife and I initially enquired at TDR to see whether they’d be able to give us a double appointment but also keep us separate. This was no problem and the team made our first visit an incredible experience. Our entourages were able to go between both dressing rooms/ areas (which was separated by a wall so we could not see each other). We all had so much fun, laughing, joking and crying. We both said “Yes to the dress” in that appointment and only found out on our wedding day that we’d both said yes to the same veil (which was discussed by our consultants and families and decided was a great idea). It was such a lovely touch and the veils looked great with both of our dresses, tying them in together. Trying my dress in the celebration suite was again another incredible experience and was made to feel special all over again. I loved all of the little touches, but kept them secret from my fiancé as she was due to have her appointment in there soon. My seamstress, Heather, was also amazing. She made me feel confident, listened to and she did everything she could to ensure my dress fit perfectly. She scheduled me an extra dress fitting too because I told her I was still losing weight. The whole experience was fabulous and I’ve already recommended a friend, who has also bought her dress with TDR. Thank you!

I had such a wonderful time finding my dress at TDR. The drinks were delicious and the lovely staff couldn’t do more for me. I was especially lucky to have Paige who was a ray of sunshine! She put no pressure on me and clearly loves what she does. She made the whole experience so positive and full of joy, and I walked away feeling empowered I’d found my dress. I had a really lovely day with my mom & sister picking my wedding dress! The staff are amazing, so attentive and patient! I really felt listened too and it was no trouble for them for me to try on numerous dresses and even trying on some of them more than once to find ‘the one!’.

I came with the idea that I probably wouldn't find the one on the first time and to just get a clearer idea, but flame did a great job of working out what I was looking for and picked out different styles to try so I could be certain in my final decision even when I was scared to say yes, she knew it was the one too! A lot of friends recommended TDR not only as brides but people who had gone with their brides to get their friends dress and loved the experience. I booked it and there was a lot of choice regarding timing/ dates I wasn’t told to ‘only bring 3 people’ I was encouraged to bring my nearest and dearest no matter how many I had there were 6 of us From the moment we stepped in we got taken to our area and straight away our drink order was taken and they came very quickly ( all free too) I felt special and the range of dresses is like no other! There are SO many, Amy told me just pick up what sticks out to you and not question it, this made picking them so much easier Amy was lovely and I really enjoyed her quick dress changes , and ease in the whole experience I picked my dress which I got emotional about and didn’t expect then Amy got myself and all my family and friends gifts too which really included them in my experience. My gift box was lovely too I was promoted to take photos at the front which I loved for memories Overall I cannot think of a better place to get a dress from I have been to other places before and so far nothing compares!

Maya was absolutely amazing as my stylist last week. She could not have done more for me with supporting me find my dress. Her guidance and knowledge was second to none and her patience was impeccable. So so lucky to have her with me on that day.

I have absolutely loved my experience at TDR Bridal Birmingham and wouldn't hesitate in recommending to others! As a plus-size bride, I have heard the horror stories about wedding dress shopping and had emotionally prepared myself for a challenge. Before TDR Bridal I had visited two other Bridal Salons that while perfectly nice, just weren't right for me: I found myself struggling to find something that was my style (bold and fun!) I found TDR Bridal whilst researching and was immediately taken in by the website and inclusive approach - particularly that there is no splitting brides into "plus-size" and "straight-size"... I found the portal simple to use, and liked that I could select the styles I wanted to try on in advance of the appointment: it made me feel educated and in control. I also couldn't get over how many styles there were available... When we arrived at TDR Bridal I was blown away. Firstly, the exterior is gorgeous. As you go inside you are greeted by an equally impressive and expansive interior with a bar and drinks on arrival (very much appreciated by my entourage!). I couldn't get over the scale of the store - multiple suites and hundreds upon hundreds of dresses. My mum said it best when she said "Wow, this is a truly impressive operation." Then, we met Leila. I love Leila. In fact, I am considering whether it would be inappropriate to invite Leila to the wedding...! Despite having been dress shopping before I was still a bit nervous, but Leila (and her lovely colleagues who stopped me to talk to me about my engagement ring) were so incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was immediately comfortable. I tried on every dress I had shortlisted on the portal and found myself beaming from ear to ear to finally find dresses that felt like ME. Leila quickly understood my style and everyone with me felt comfortable with her and valued her opinion. Almost unbelievably, after having tried on all the dresses I had shortlisted, Leila found me "one more" she thought I might like and that's it, she was the one. I came back for a second visit a few weeks later to try "the one" on in a size closer to my own and it was confirmed - we had done it. I couldn't be happier. I enjoyed myself, my loved ones enjoyed themselves, and I am genuinely looking forward to the rest of the process. And no spoilers but the little bonuses were absolutely adored. Thank you for giving me the most wonderful experience that I will always remember.
