Thank you again for another lovely day. I came to see my dress for the first time and make sure it was all ok. It was perfect and the appointment was lovely. Just the same as if it was my first one. I love coming to TDR and wish I could come every weekend! I want to say Maya is an absolute dreamboat. All the staff are lovely but I’ve been dealing with Maya and she is actually the best. Being on the heavier side, this was something that always filled me with dread but Maya spotted I was nervous today straight away and put me at ease, again! She’s always treated me like a bride, and that seems simple enough but it wasn’t always the case for someone like me. So I want to say thank you again from the bottom of my heart because it means more than you know, so thank you xx

I’ve been into TDR twice now, first to try on dresses with my bridesmaids and again for the first try-on of my dress. Both visits have been so great, calming any nerves I had about trying on dresses and finding the one. The team at TDR really know how to look after you and make you and your guests feel special. Amy helped me find my dress and she was amazing hyping me up and getting excited for the wedding with me and the bridesmaids, she made the appointment so much fun! My first try-on appointment was so exciting and I got the chance to try on my accessories and shoes with the dress, and was helped to find the perfect veil for my dress. I’ve been kept informed of costs and time scales the whole way through, and measurements for the dress were taken in a very respectful way with being asked if it was okay to discuss these in front of anyone. I almost wished that I hadn’t found my dress the first time round so I could go back to try more!! Thank you TDR for making this experience so easy and fun, and helping me find my perfect dress!!

I went in with an open mind and not expecting to make a purchase. In total honesty I was coming mainly to be entered into the draw to win my dress! The lady my appointment was with, was incredible! So lovely and really knew her stuff too! All the staff I interacted with were also lovely! I ended up going with a dress I never would’ve imagined, (and blew my budget), but it was perfect, and I love that the staff were all excited for me too - even the ones who weren’t running my appointment! I’ll 10000% recommend this place and I’m alresdy excited to come back!!

Fay was amazing, nothing was too much trouble and she really took the time to understand what I was looking for! I was able to try on multiple dresses to ensure I was making the best informed decision and was encouraging throughout.

I had the most wonderful experience finding ‘the one’ today! I wasn’t expecting to find my dress today after having an underwhelming experience somewhere else previously. Della knew exactly what I was looking for and made me feel amazing! I am so lucky she happened to be working today as I couldn’t have wished for a better person to help find my dream dress. My experience was absolutely brilliant, I couldn’t make up my mind on styles so I was allowed to pick 5 dresses but only have two favourites. I then tried on some choices Amy picked out for me and then made my mind up and it was a dress she picked! With a some details of a dress I picked! I picked my dress in a hour and half, couldn’t thank Amy enough she knows what she’s talking about and customer service is fantastic! Can’t wait to come back for fittings :)

I enjoyed every minute of trying on my wedding dress for the first time! My bridesmaid and I were offered refreshments and the staff were so friendly and relaxed. They were so helpful too and helped me pick out the earrings for my special day! I couldn't have asked for more!

I had THE BEST time finding my dream dress at TDR Bridal Birmingham. From the moment we arrived everything was brilliant. All the staff we spoke to were lovely, the store was beautiful and the huge collection of dresses is incredible. Leila was amazing throughout the entire appointment and I cannot thank her enough! She helped me try on several different styles and narrow down exactly what I wanted. She had clearly looked through the dresses I had favourited prior to the appointment and was able to use those as a reference point to help me. She took the time to ask questions about the Groom, our venue and the style of our wedding which meant any recommendations she made were so helpful. We all had complimentary fizz and cocktails, which made the appointment feel even more special. There was time afterwards to take pictures and make the most of the moment! I could not recommend Leila and TDR more! Thank you so much for such a perfect experience and helping me say yes to the dress!

The whole experience was amazing- I came in looking for a short dress for my registry office ceremony and was spoilt for choice. The ladies are so lovely and I felt really special. The lovely seamstress worked quickly meaning I could take it away that day!

It was my first dress try on & all I have to say is I had the most amazing experience. It is true what they say, you do find your dress here!!! I went in so nervous but FLAYME helped ease my nerves & I ended up saying yes to the dress!! I would recommend this dress shop to anybody. THANK YOU!

I cannot recommend The Dressing Rooms highly enough! Everyone is so lovely there, and as someone who was quite nervous about trying on dresses, they made me feel so at ease. It’s so well organised and thought out. My mum, sister and I had a wonderful time. The dresses of course are also beautiful and I did indeed find myself saying ‘Yes’ to the dress. In particular I want to thank Paige for her time and her eye for detail and spotting what I liked and didn’t like. Arguably I think she knew my dress preferences better than I knew myself! The experience so far has been even better than what I’d hoped and I already can’t wait to go back for my follow up appointments! Thank you so much x

I can't put into words how much praise TDR should get given! From booking to trying on the dress, everything was just a joy. Like most brides, I had no idea what style I wanted or what was going to suit me, I was dreading not finding the one as I had seen so many I loved. I had Paige as my stylist, and she is beyond amazing, so friendly and kind and it just made our experience so much more special. I found 'the one' on my second dress! and it was the most easiest yes and even found a veil and hair accessory to match, Paige just did her thing and everything was complete! I have had the most incredible experience today at TDR Bridal in Birmingham/Halesowen. I was recommended this boutique by a friend who had previously visited and purchased her wedding dress (she also had an absolutely fabulous time). The boutique itself is absolutely stunning, over 600 dresses to appease every bride and also a fantastic array of complimentary drinks available. I was lucky enough to have the amazing Faye as my Bridal Consultant and she did an absolutely incredible job - she made me feel at ease and listened to and also pulled out some incredible suggestions based on what I had liked and disliked about dresses I'd tried on. The ability to try on your favourites is a great concept and really helps find out what you do and don't like very quickly. With the help of Faye I had picked out my dress in under an hour. If all of the above isn't incredible enough at the end of your experience you also get a TDR goodie box - which I am now making full use of the mug to have a much needed cup of tea. I am so grateful to both Faye and TDR for this absolutely incredible experience and cannot wait to get back into my dress.

From start to finish we had such a fantastic experience with Kate. Made me, my mom & bestfriend feel comfortable & welcome. All the girls were lovely but Kate is such a credit to the TDR Bridal team. Cocktails & shots while finding your wedding dress, what more could you ask for? FANTASTIC xx

I had two appointments with TDR, the first being my first ever bridal appointment (eek!) with the lovely Leila, bringing my mum, sister and mother-in-law-to-be along with me. We were welcomed with complimentary fizz and tea/coffee/hot chocolate and taken to our room for the appointment. Leila was extremely helpful throughout my experience, helping me pick initial dresses to try on as well as referring to my favourites list. She was able to give her opinion in a helpful way and understand what my likes/dislikes were about each dress to steer me in the right direction. I felt extremely at ease during what can feel like a slightly overwhelming experience! She asked a number of questions to help guide me to finding a dress that felt as though it had been made for me. She also had all the accessories to try such as different sleeves/options for the big day. Our appointment coincided with The Wedding Show at the NEC so two dresses weren't available for me to try, one which I thought might be a contender for 'the one', so we booked a second appointment to return two weeks later to try this on. We tried on my favourite from my initial appointment again and then the others that hadn't been available the first time around. After all of that, I returned to my initial favourite which reaffirmed it was the one! Leila assisted with me trying on different style veils but the initial veil she had paired with my dress was the winner - again demonstrating how good her knowledge is of all the dresses and veils in store. Leila waited for the right moment to ask the important question and I was able to say a very happy and emotional "yes" to the dress. She really knows her stuff and I would thoroughly recommend anyone to have Leila for their TDR booking, she's a real superstar. Thank you for making both trips to TDR such a special experience for me - you have been a fantastic part of my wedding journey, not just for me but my girl gang of advisors too. Thank you Leila and TDR!

Truly had the most wonderful experience at TDR finding my wedding dress! Della was the most incredible and attentive stylist. I was very nervous for the appointment and felt self-conscious about the prospect of finding a gown that was equally beautiful and flattering. I was really unsure as to what I wanted however Della’s patience, grace, kind affirmations and infectious sense of humour made me and my bridal party feel relaxed and thoroughly enjoy every minute of the whole experience. The service was delightful and we loved the thoughtful touches such as the refreshments and personalised gifts. All interactions with the rest of the team were also wonderful. The ladies at TDR have been incredibly accommodating and have made me, a plus size person, feel so seen and included in this experience as a bride. I was made to feel a million dollars. Also they were so accommodating with changing appointments and understanding when I had surgery that meant I needed to take more time ahead of my measurements fitting. First class service all around.
