I loved my experience here. I worked with Starla and she eas great! She didnt push me into dresses past my budget. Matter of fact she didnt even pull any dresses for me to try on that were outside of my budget. She made the changing of dresses so easy and made sure to help me visualize how different things would look with the dress (sleeves, straps). She really listened to my feedback and what i wanted and helped try to make that happen to find me a dress.

Amber was my consultant at my appointment and she was absolutely AMAZING! She paid attention to my style choices when I picked my 5 dresses out. I had a top 2, she then picked out I think 3 additional dresses. I ended up saying YES to one of her picks as it was exactly like my inspiration dress! I recommend her to anyone, she will help you find THAT dress!

Mackenzie was very helpful in finding me a dress. She reviewed with us what we thought we wanted and also picked out a few other options that we didn’t think of. I picked my dress at my 1st visit decided on tiara instead of headband. Didn’t think would like tiara but Mackenzie brought us some good options. Thanks Mackenzie and Bridal by Viper!

The staff was very kind and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience. The woman helping me was so friendly and supportive. She did her best to understand what I was looking for and gave me sling options to customize the look to me. I would've loved to have more options in smaller sizes but I understand the difficulty with that request because I'm smaller than the average person.

The consultant who helped me find my wedding dress, Amber, was absolutely amazing! She was super friendly and was able to find the perfect dress for me! She even helped me look at shoes afterwards, wow! She’s super knowledgeable too and was patient with me the entire time. This was my second time wedding dress shopping but it more than blew my first time shopping out of the water. The whole experience was great, even being greeted at the door. I’m going to have my whole bridal party and I want the groomsmen to get their items from y’all! It’s more than worth the trip up from Redford, MI!

Everyone was very knowledgeable and helped me to get the tuxedo orders complete for our wedding. They were the nicest ladies and very patient with my color choices.

I went to Bridal by Viper at the recommendation of my maid of honor and fellow 2025 bride who had a great appointment with Starla in the fall. I walked in with a fair amount of anxiety and Starla made me feel at ease and did not pressure me to make quick decisions. She allowed me to stay a little bit past my appointment time because I was in the dress I ultimately purchased and that gave me time to think through it and be confident in my decision. She explained the pros, cons, and possibilities associated with different dress styles and helped me align my vision with what was ultimately comfortable and flattering. She was also receptive to the opinions of the 7 ladies I brought with me and that was important and helped create a memorable experience for all of us. Thank you, Starla!
