I loved this shop! It’s beautiful, the woman who invites us in was so kind! I ended up going to a few stores after and finding my dress elsewhere, however they have beautiful dresses I almost bought mine there! I would 100% revels this shop!

Absolutely top notch experience! First- Ashley called me on her day off to help schedule me an appointment! At my appointment we worked with Ashley and a new employee training who was equally as lovely. From time we arrived it was a fantastic experience and we would recommend the store to absolutely everyone! I have been to stores in SLO, AG and was a little hesitant to drive down to Santa Maria but am SO glad we took the gamble because what a great surprise! The store has a nice selection and a very classy and elegant decor. The warmth and customer service was phenomenal. Being on a budget and needing a sample dress I was nervous but found multiple beautiful dresses to try on, Ashley was great to see what she could get with discounts, and I found THE dress that I absolutely loved! She even gave me multiple alterations recommendations. Thank you for an outstanding experience and my friend and I both raved about what a great experience it was! Thanks ladies!!

A Heart's Desires in Santa Maria was the first place I went to try on dresses. The store was super cute and we had the place to ourselves! Ashley was very helpful and wasn't just trying to sell a dress, she truly cared! "My dress" was the third one I tried on and I am so excited to wear it on my big day! Ashley, at the Santa Maria location was AMAZING! She was very helpful and made my day even more special. It was my first dress fitting and I just wanted to get an idea of what I liked with no intention of buying. I tried on 11 dresses and found the one! I couldn’t leave with out it. I had 2 appointments with David's bridal in 2 different cities and the experience at those stores did not even come close to what I had at A Heart's Desire. The sales consultant was amazing, asked about my wedding style, and listened to my concerns about my body. Before I even arrived she had multiple dresses picked out that would fit me. We looked them over and put back the ones that wouldnt match my theme and venue. I thought the selection of dresses was adequate. And in my opinion much more beautiful than what is available at David's bridal.

Went in for my first time trying on wedding gowns. Loved the selection they had! Very good staff. Super nice and patient since I tried on A LOT of wedding gowns! They also have a large selection of beautiful veils. I also like that you don’t feel pressured into buying the first time you go in. Definitely will be going back to say my final yes to the dress!

Ashley, my bridal consultant, was wonderful! From the very beginning, she was friendly, warm and welcoming to me. She gave feedback depending on what look I was going for and didn't make me feel rushed or pushed towards a sale. I loved working with her!
