Absolutely amazing experience at Willow & Grace! I was made to feel so at ease. It was a totally unrushed vibe and I was given so much choice. I really couldn’t have asked for anything more. Stunning selection of dresses too!

My first bridal fitting appointment with Willow and Grace was truly wonderful, special, and memorable. I felt incredibly welcomed and relaxed throughout the entire appointment. The lady assisting me (apologies for not remembering her name) was fantastic, demonstrating extensive knowledge and offering excellent dress choices. Now making it difficult to know which dress to choose as they were all that beautiful!

From the moment I walked into Willow and Grace, Marie made us feel right at home. Marie was so kind, and helpful! I am so happy I have purchased my wedding dress from willow and grace and I cannot Thankyou enough!

This was my first ever experience of wedding dress shopping, and although I was excited, I was also feeling nervous about how I would look, anxious about how the whole process would work, and worried about “what if” I didn’t like any of the dresses. I needn’t have worried; I was completely put at ease and reassured within the first 5 minutes. There was absolutely no hard sell and it was made clear that actually the main goal was simply for me to leave having a good idea of what I did and didn’t like in a dress, to enable me to make an informed decision, wherever I decided to buy it from. She was so friendly and down to earth, and I was able to try on several very different dresses including ones I probably would not have even considered, but that looked beautiful. There were two I could quite easily have chosen, even though they were totally opposite in style and shape. I had such a positive and enjoyable time, felt really special and important, and loved the whole experience. Thankyou so much

Marie's warm and friendly approach put me at ease finding my dress and provided many useful tips, including using a trusted local tailor! I can’t thank Marie and team enough - my experience with Willow & Grace from start to finish was nothing but exceptional. It took a couple of visits for me to find my dress but I never felt rushed and always felt so looked after. Marie helped package my dress up so I could transport it to Italy and sorted the cleaning of the dress when I returned - she is 10/10, amazing and I am so happy I met her! Thank you for making all of my wedding dress dreams come true and for being so lovely throughout.

From booking the appointment to visiting your shop it was professional and friendly. I did find a dress elsewhere however would of love to of brought the dress from this shop as they were so lovely and friendly. Everything you need and would definitely recommend.

I really enjoyed my visit today. The ladies really listened when I described what sort of thing I wanted to go for. They picked out some beautiful dresses for me to try and narrow down the choices. When I had chosen the style of dress, they didn't have the sort of thing I was after. But I was advised to look online at a few designers who specialise in that sort of thing and was given a list of recommendations. It didn't feel like I was being sold a dress, it was more of an experience to find find right dress for me and the ladies were very knowledgable and definitely helped me decide. They were absolutely brilliant and I would definitely recommend paying a visit.

The girls were super helpful, chatty and overall stars! Especially for my 2 guests who aren't always the easiest to deal with! Loved every moment of the dress try on, and would recommend anyone to the store to look for their wedding dress! I did not come out with saying 'yes to the dress' yet, due to personal decisions yet to made, but I will be returning to get the dress if my heart is set on it! Thank you to the lovely ladies in the store again for such a fun and amazing experience, which we didn't get the first time I tried on dresses! Not a criticism or negative comment, but I would have also liked to see a bit more a different range of dresses and lower £ value, rather than the high fashion/high price point wedding styles. Maybe a whole collection of different style/fit dresses with a completely different price entry point, but in line with the fashion styles going on in store. I will also say that in my experience the sudden change of dress style and choice of dress that I was going for originally, ultimately explains the higher price points for me, originally the price point I gave the ladies, they were able to show me dresses in that price range!

On my search for a wedding dresses I vsited many bridal shops and would rate Willow and Grace to be the most relaxed, personable and helpful. The shop was beautiful and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses to visit.

Had my 1st appointment on the 24/09/21 and when I went there I didn’t have a budget or any real idea of what I was looking for. Within 5-10 mins my nerves had calmed and I felt like I had o ow the lady for years! Looking forward to seeing the new range when it’s out!

Amazing day trying on dresses for the first time. So much product knowledge was shared with me which made me feel like i was in safe hands. I had such a lovely of couple of hours in store and felt really happy leaving with a clear idea of what style of dress i would like.

Just fabulous! Being an older bride, second time around, I must admit I was a bit apprehensive. I wasn’t sure what style would be appropriate, what would suit me, how I would feel, etc. From the moment my friend and I walked into Willow & Grace, Marie was fantastic. I can’t praise her enough. Nothing was too much trouble. I managed to narrow it down to 2 dresses and will be returning with my mum shortly for her opinion (and I will of course be asking to see Marie when we do come back).
