I came in for my appointment alone as this was just an opportunity for me to try things on without too many opinions. I did feel apprehensive initially but Abbie was like a friend immediately and put me at ease. She gave me all the time to pick things out as much as I needed and gave me so much information on seamstress details and pricing etc. It was honestly just such fun and what an asset Abbie is to the store.

I had the best experience with Abbie at the Laura May Bridal Outlet. We felt very welcomed, initially discussing a bit about what I thought I wanted. Turns out the dress I went for was completely different and it was only because Abbie picked it out that I even tried it on! Had a wonderful experience at your store, this was my second appointment so I had some idea of what I wanted. I found your instagram really helpful as I could screenshot some inspiration. Mim was amazing from start to finish, she made me feel really at ease. Once I gave her my vision and showed her the screenshot she knew exactly what style I wanted and ultimately found my dress! I can’t thank her enough. The shop itself is wonderful, having a private space to try on dresses and Prosecco to mark the occasion. A truly unforgettable experience.

I had Kellie for my first bridal appointment and she was just amazing. So lovely, helpful and really made me feel at ease as I was quite nervous beforehand. As soon as I tried the first dress on, my fears left my body and I was ready to try on more. All the staff working that day were also fab, you can tell they all really love what they do. The team at Laura May were absolutely fantastic and made me feel super comfortable during the whole experience. Finding the dress was not something I was looking forward to and the anxiety was high, but Abby was great during my first visit, pulled a dress which I would have never considered but absolutely was my dress.The biggest thank you has to go to Kelly who is an angel. After having a massive freakout when I picked up the dress, she was so patient and kind. Made sure I didn’t leave the store without a smile on my face and I can’t thank her enough. The store is absolutely beautiful as well!

When collecting my dress the lady (I can’t remember her name!) was super helpful helping me find a veil & hair accessories. I cannot recommend them enough!

I absolutely loved my experience at Laura May Bridal! I had the lovely Georgie looking after me and she was fantastic! She took the time at the start to understand what I wanted and pull some of the dresses that I liked, but she also understood my style and pulled some really good wild cards which made us all think! Thank you so much to Georgie who worked tirelessly to help pick some incredible dresses and made the experience really positive and fun!

From the start LMB was warm, welcoming and very friendly. The team seemed genuinely happy for you and extremely helpful. I was paired with Kellie-Ann and I have to say I am so pleased I was. It was like fate. It was a real bonding experience, nothing was too much trouble, she made me feel very special, listened to what I wanted and encouraged me to try alternatives as well! She made sure I was comfortable to share what I did and didn’t like which helped us narrow down the search. The appointment was 2hrs and we were coming to the end so she offered us to come back later in the afternoon. We visited another bridal shop, which I’m really glad we did because it affirmed that I was way more comfortable with LMB and the choice they had. On return we were welcomed back and Kellie was just as excited as us. It was so lovely. We had Prosecco,cupcakes and tea on both visits. The small personal touches made the experience so magical. I am thrilled with my choice and it was all explained throughly. I’m even more thrilled that Kellie was the one to help me find it. She is excellent at what she does and loved spending time with her. Thank you LMB and thank you Kellie, what a day!!! I’ll remember it forever.

What an incredible experience. It was my first time trying on dresses and I fell in love with, and said yes to, the first dress I tried on! All the ladies made the day so memorable and they made me feel like I was the only bride there. Verity was wonderful and knew exactly what I was after. Loved it and would love to relive the experience all over again!

Absolutely amazing service with Laura May Bridal. I made two appointments one with the actual store and one with the outlet store. The first appointment was in the store where I was helped by the amazing Katie who couldn't have been any more helpful with me and my family. I walked in there not having a clue on what kind of dress I liked and within the first half hour we were able to identify what design I was looking for. There were lots of choices given to me in this style and by the end of the appointment I had two in mind that I couldn’t decide between. Afterwards, I made an appointment for their outlet store where I was helped by the fantastic Abbie, who really made me feel comfortable and gave different views on each dress I tried on to help me decide. I did fall in love with one particular dress and the process of buying it was amazing. My whole experience with Laura May Bridal was more than I could have ever asked for and I was so grateful for all the help I received from Katie and Abbie.

What an amazing experience! I was quite nervous about finding a dress as I needed to get one fast for my wedding abroad in 3 months time. Abbie was great as she put me at ease and was very attentive, helpful and friendly in the search for a dress and I actually found my dream dress! I met the lovely Arianwen at the outlet and I can only describe her as gorgeously warm! Being a tomboy who loves baggy jeans and tops, not a dress gal at all, she made me feel at ease, welcome and so relaxed. Nothing was too much, she allowed me to go with everything I liked (even though none of them were the one) and convinced me to try a dress I completely wrote off....only for it to be the one! Abbie was very friendly and accommodating from the start to the end of the appointment. I felt relaxed and that I had as much time as I wanted to try on as many dresses as I pleased, nothing was too much of an ask. Her approach was relaxed and respectful which made the process enjoyable and successful, as I found a dress.
