Abbie was so incredibly helpful and clearly very knowledgeable. She kept the appointment running smoothly and really helped me to get a good understanding of what was right for me. Amazing experience and a massive thank you to her!

I brought my first wedding dress at the main store and then I brought my second at the outlet. Both times I’ve had the privilege of having Abbie as my consultant and I absolutely adore her. She’s so amazing at her job. She’s always made me feel so relaxed and at ease. She always listens to you and what you want and made the most amazing dress suggestions off of this. She’s been such an important part of my wedding experience and I just feel so lucky to have her as my consultant for both dresses!! It’s just an amazing warm and welcoming place, and I feel so lucky to call myself a Laura May Bride!!

We were a rowdy group of excited women - probably really annoying to work with - but the lovely ladies at Laura may bridal outlet were so amazing and patient and made me feel SO special. We also had such a laugh with them. I said YES to the most perfect DRESS! WOOOO! my dress was thousands of pounds reduced to £500 and it was gorgeous. Thanks so much Laura May Bridal!!! I cannot wait to get married in it.

I have never had such a positive shopping experience ever. As a plus size girl, I always dread having to try things on. The ladies at LMB could not have made me feel more beautiful or confident if they tried! The service has been impeccable. I was assisted by Kellie-Anne who was brilliant; she has so much knowledge which made me feel so confident. I cannot wait to show everyone my beautiful dress, and am very grateful to LMB for making wedding dress shopping such a treasured memory!

Honestly, Sophie was amazing. Trying on clothes in front of people is not my natural habitat but she made me feel very comfortable. I loved 2 of the dresses but my indecisive brain wouldn’t allow me to say yes to the dress. I would definitely recommend the shop. It’s a lovely environment and Sophie couldn’t do enough for us.

I had the absolute best day picking my dress yesterday - I didn’t expect to come away with a dress at all, just to narrow down my choices but May was so amazing at finding me my dream dress and veil. I couldn’t fault my experience at all thank you so so much!!

Laura May Bridal quite literally offered the perfect wedding dress shopping experience. Every member of staff was warm and friendly and made the appointment magic. We had Abbie and she couldn’t have been any more incredible. I was really overwhelmed having just come from a store that had beautiful dresses but a hard sell attitude and it left me feeling quite stressed. Abbie listened so carefully to what I wanted, which quite honestly was a fairly scattered selection of ideas. The dresses she came back with were a true reflection of how much she understood what I’d said, but how amazing she is at her job. There was zero pressure but just pure joy and helpful comments to help me navigate choices. Having found the perfect dress, a few months later I had a complete panic about my choice and returned to the shop, and to Abbie’s careful guidance. We pinned the dress I had ordered to give the desired effect of what alterations would achieve and I couldn’t have felt happier. These few changes made all the difference and I knew that the dress was absolutely the right choice it just needed a few personal touches to make it more me. Abbie’s help was more like asking your best friend to help fix a problem and nothing was too much trouble. Despite the store having an insane number of dresses, and multiple rooms to have your appointment the personal touch isn’t lost at all. Thank you to all the team, and particularly Abbie. You’re amazing. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

I visited Laura May Bridal yesterday with my mum, mother in law to be and three best friends (my bridesmaids.) I booked a luxury appointment and Abbie had 6 glasses of prosecco and a selection of yummy treats waiting for us when we arrived. I felt so special and everyone was so excited. I had filled out a questionnaire before arriving at the appointment, which helped Abbie understand the styles I liked. Abbie then selected 3 dresses from the shop floor at a time for me to try on and methodically helped me to eliminate styles I didn't like. I LOVED this approach because by the end of the appointment I was so confident that I knew exactly what I liked vs. what I didn't and felt we had left no stone unturned so I would never think 'what if.' By the end of the appointment I knew I had found my dress. It was the first dress I tried on, and LMB was the first shop I went to. At the end of the session Abbie suggested we play my wedding entrance song, and revealed me in my dress to the group from behind the curtains. Everyone, including me, were in tears. It was then that I said with absolute certainty- YES TO THE DRESS. One of the best days I have ever had. Thank you so much to Abbie for making it fun and so incredibly special. I had my first wedding dress appointment booked in at the Laura May bridal outlet after finding them on Instagram and falling in love with the vibe I got from their content and feed. We were met by Sophie who was just absolutely amazing. I instantly felt comfortable around her and she made sure that my bridal party felt comfortable as well. We were offered Teas and coffee, and of course a cheeky Prosecco which we all enjoyed toasting to when I said YES to the dress! The experience from start to finish was wonderful and everything I had dreamt of when it came to starting the search for my dream dress. I couldn’t fault Sophie at all! Laura May bridal are very lucky to have her. X

I was so nervous for my first bridal appointment but as soon as I stepped foot into Laura may bridal I was completely at ease. Everyone’s so lovely & welcoming! I was served by Emily & she made me feel so comfortable. She couldn’t help enough & put up with me being so indecisive! The bridal shop is absolutely beautiful as well. Overall it was an amazing day & I loved every minute of it!

I booked into Laura May with a particular interest in the Jesus Peiro collection in store and the range was impeccable. Deep down I always knew I was destined to be a JP bride and I was so excited by every dress available. Kellie-Anne was sensational! She was so warm and welcoming, and completely understood my vision. Her knowledge of Jesus Peiro was exceptional and her creative approach was exactly what I was hoping for in a consultant. She guided me to try on some styles I’d previously dismissed and I actually ended up saying yes to “wild-card” on Kellie-Anne’s recommendation! I left Laura May with a huge increase in self-confidence, and this was really down to the positivity and excitement that Kellie-Anne brought to my appointments. I thought I’d find a dress that I loved, but never knew I could find myself feeling so beautiful. Thank you so much for this incredible memorable experience ??

I came in feeling slightly nervous and unsure how I was going to feel about the whole process. I ended up having the most positive time, feeling completely at ease with Kellie Anne, she made me feel super confident and expertly guided me to find my dream dress! The best experience out of all the bridal shops I visited. I went to a couple of other bridal shops but this experience stood out not just because of the stunning and large dress selection but from the amazing customer service from everyone. I went to Laura May x4 and every experience was outstanding. All the ladies are passionate, knowledgeable and outstanding at what they do. I had such a lovely appointment at Laura May Bridal Outlet. Abbie welcomed us all into the shop and made me feel so comfortable whilst trying on amazing dresses! I didnt have a clue what I was looking for and she supported me in trying on different styles and really helped when I was stuck between three at the end. It was such a magical day and I cannot wait to wear my beautiful dress.

I cannot thank Emily and the LMB team enough for the experience we had this weekend. Before we went to the main store, we also had an appointment with Sophie at the outlet - Sophie sent some info to Emily between our appointments, and using that info and what I'd shared about my ideas, Emily brought me around 6 absolutely gorgeous dresses. Sophie was absolutely amazing! I told her my likes and dislikes and she immediately picked out exactly what I wanted. She was also brilliant at asking if I wanted to try things which were a bit different to what I had in mind, which was really useful. I had my appointment yesterday at the outlet with Abbie and she and the whole experience was wonderful. I found my dream dress at Laura May Bride Outlet and an amazing cape to wear too at the main shop. Both stores are gorgeous, all the staff were friendly and helpful, and the dresses were stunning and I had plenty of choice, which was a relief as a size 16/18. Me and my bridal party felt like VIPs. I can’t put into words how brilliant Abbi was, she listened to everything I did and didn’t like and pulled dresses that I wouldn’t have thought of that I ended up loving. There’s was never any pressure to purchase anything and nothing was too much trouble. Now I just have to wait until my wedding so I can put on my amazing dress and cape combo again! ??

From the moment i stepped into your outlet store I felt completely at ease. It was my first time looking for my wedding dress so I was a little anxious. Sophie was so welcoming, the little touches of having my name on the welcome board made it feel really special. I had a very clear image of what I wanted and struggled to fall in love with any single dress. Sophie listened to every single comment I made and quickly identified I was particularly drawn to a specific designer. Her patience, listening and attention to detail took a dress i liked to a dress i loved with an added touch at her recommendation. I said yes to the dress and am totally in love with it. Sophie thank you, you were amazing from start to finish and made my wedding dress shopping experience one I will always remember.

A day I will never forget. From the little touches in the room- cakes, names on board and having your own individual room. It was an experience I will never forget, May honestly made it so special for myself and my family and was so patient with me, not rushing, giving me endless dresses to try on and giving her expert opinion. It was honestly magical.

I had the most wonderful experience at Laura May , from the first appointment to choose my dress to collecting my dress, I must admit being an older bride I was not sure I would walk out with anything that I would feel comfortable in. How wrong I was! Abbie helped me try on the dresses I picked out, but they did not feel right. I had a great experience at Laura May. The shop is so big and is gorgeous - we were in the Amber room and it was really comfy. Victoria was so wonderful and helpful.
