I had an amazing experience at All About Eve Bridal with Kiera. This was my third visit to a wedding dress shop, and it was by far the best. Unlike other shops I visited, where browsing the racks was not allowed, the team here encouraged me to explore their collection and discover the styles and materials I truly liked. This made a world of difference! Kiera was incredible—she clearly knows the shop inside out, from dress names and designers to prices and recommendations. I was absolutely taken in by my experience at All About Eve yesterday. I had a bad experience a few years back at another bridal boutique when looking for a Mother of the Groom outfit and personally felt I didn’t want to go down the route of purchasing from a bridal boutique this time around. However with only 3 weeks until my sons wedding day and no outfit after sending for many online i was so pleased when something in my head told me to try All about Eve. From the moment i walked inside i felt at ease by the lovely young lady who assisted me, i was not felt under pressure to make a purchase and felt like the assistant genuinely cared. I made a purchase within half hr of walking through the door. The service I received at All About Eve was outstanding. I visited twice to try on dresses and despite being very indecisive, I was made to feel like nothing was ever too much trouble and I was never rushed. Naomi made me feel so comfortable and was very knowledgeable on all the dresses in the shop. She took time to really understand what I wanted and what I would feel confident in. I couldn’t ask for a better experience and it resulted in me buying an incredible dress which I can’t wait to wear on my wedding day!

This was my 9th bridal shop. I came here to try on specific dress I fell for online. There was a lot of anxiety riding on this dress. From the start of my appointment Anna has been so lovely and kind. Unfortunately, the dress didn’t live to the pictures and I was sadly back to square one. But Anna was very helpful in helping me find other dresses to try on. After having been to 8 previous shops and trying on nearly 60 dresses, each upcoming bridal appointment comes with a bit of dread and anxiety. Sadly, not all of those appointments have been positive which adds to my nerves. I never know who I’ll meet or how they’ll treat me. Luckily, my experience with Anna has been very positive. She’s been very patient while I couldn’t find the dress and really made me feel like I’ll find it somewhere (again some consultants questioned whether my dress even exists - which is so discouraging). I stupidly didn’t book a double appointment for my fiancé and I, as I expected to say yes to the first dress and didn’t think I’d need more than 20 minutes. Also many of our double appointments have been done in 1 bridal appointment and so I didn’t want to waste the stores time. I thought I’d try on one dress and if my fiancé then wants to try on anything there will be plenty of time. This didn’t happen, but Anna really didn’t mind and reassured us that they store shuts 30 minutes after my appointment finished, so we can stay longer. The appointment at AAE was definitely one of the best ones I experienced.

Sam was incredible, she was so helpful and friendly. She listened to what I was looking for and helped me find lots of beautiful dresses to try. I didn’t feel rushed or that anything was too much trouble and I ended up finding my perfect dress.

Came back to AAE to show my Mumma THE dress! Anna was waiting for us with the downstairs room set up and the dress ready for me to slip into again 🫶🏻 Anna has a very warm and calming way about her. She fitted in with the girls and my mum as if she was part of the gang. Something that’s important to me when in my personal people space. Nothing was too much trouble and anything she was unsure of she strived to find out for me. Thank you Anna for helping us find THE ONE! And what a beauty she is. See you when I’m next in for her delivery 🫶🏻

Absolute 10/10 service. Naomi and Anna were absolutely lovely and couldn’t have helped me anymore than they did today. They were very sweet and talked me through each option I chose to try on and asked what I liked and disliked about each dress in order to try and choose some others that were very much my style. Right from the moment I stepped foot inside I was made to feel like the most important bride ever to exist! The ladies that helped me search for the perfect dress couldn’t have been more welcoming and attentive, making the experience one I will never forget. They helped me step outside of my comfort zone and had amazing knowledge on what dresses would suit my figure best.

What a fabulous day I had yesterday with Anna leading me through the dress choices. My maid of honour and bridesmaid and myself were shown a wide range of styles and I feel Anna really worked hard to find me THE dress. It was a very emotional day and I certainly felt a million dollars in my chosen dress. Can’t wait to return to secure my dress with my mother.

Absolutely amazing and 1000% definitely recommend. I felt confused and worried after 2 unsuccessful appointments elsewhere. I booked a platinum bridal appointment and first impressions were amazing including the lovely processo and cupcakes from Beth's Bakes. My stylist called Sam was absolutely amazing from her tips and advice for choosing dresses and truly listening to my thoughts and options. Sam made me feel comfortable and worry free trying dresses. I said yes to fell my dress and fell in love all over again at my first fitting appointment. All about EVE Bridal was my very first bridal shop I attended and I was so happy with my experience I did not go anywhere else. The store was absolutely beautiful inside made me feel so special and excited. My bridal stylists introduced herself and welcomed me and my guest into a stunning room offering us a drink on arrival which helped to ease my nerves. My stylist made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She was so sweet friendly, caring and patient and I like the fact she helped me choose dresses that I would not usually go for. She took her time with me made me feel beautiful. I could'nt belive I found a dress on my first bridal visit. I fell in love with the dress so much I did not go and visit other shops even through I did plan too. Because it was my first bridal visit my stylist adviced me to come in for a 2nd visit to try on other dresses to make sure I was still in love with the first. On my 2nd visit I was a little upset when they told my my original bridal stylist was unwell so I had to get use to another one. My 2nd stylist was just as lovely, she also made me feel special she was caring, warm very friendly and patient. Also she made me try on styles of dresses which I hadnt tried which were beautiful but helped with me making an overall decision My experience at EVE bridal exceeded my expectations. I was so happy I decided to go for the original dress I fell in love with and my mum brought it out right which they gave her a large discount. For anyone looking for a caring intermate warm fun caring modern experience then EVE bridal is the place for you. You will come away feeling very happy and like a queen. Its a 10/10 for me. My bridal party and I had a fantastic experience at AAE today. We had a luxury appointment with the AMAZING Naomi J. It was my first ever bridal appointment, which when I first walked in, I was very overwhelmed and nervous. But, Naomi made me feel so at ease, I didn’t know what I liked etc, I was completely open minded. We tried all loads of different styles, whittled it down to 1 kind of style and Naomi was amazing at being able to bring my dream to life. The final dresses beautiful (torn between 2). I do have another bridal appointment booked in Jan at another location, but Naomi wrote down all the details for me, and kept all the details on my file. Just in case I decide that the dress she picked was actually the one 🥰 she honestly, made me feel like a princess!

Absolutely outstanding. From the get go, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Ciara was just the best. It was as if I knew her for years and she just made me feel at ease. There was no judgement, no pressure and it was just the best experience. We were made to feel so comfortable and it was made such a special time, purely by how Ciara made me and my mum feel. Size was never mentioned, and Ciara advised me throughout the whole process. She went with me, but knew where to intervene and give me the advice I needed. I was so happy to find The One, and Ciara made the process so seamless. She just knew- knew how to read the room, and just really knows how to do her job well. It really was the best experience. Mum even came away with her dress! Ciara was just brilliant, gave mum advice and just made the experience for her the best too. Thanks so much AAE! And a HUGE thanks so Ciara!

What an amazing experience!! Keira welcomed myself and my bridal party with open arms. I felt so comfortable as soon as i walked through the door 🙂 Keira listened to everything i wanted and didn’t want and brought some AMAZING dresses for me to try, although its true what they say… you never have what you think you want!! Keira provided everything i needed during our appointment, emotional support, remaining positive and pointing out what was positive about the dress when i was focusing on the negatives. Plus Size Perfection! Naomi at AAE was even more fabulous than I ever could have hoped for! I honestly cannot thank her enough for making me feel so at ease throughout the entire appointment. She was absolutely lovely and very knowledgeable. She continuously checked how I felt and what I thought - which is always important when a bride is listening to others' opinions and trying to make a decision! Nothing was too much trouble for Naomi. She even stayed well past my appointment slot (luckily the next appointment was free)! I'm extremely grateful for all of Naomi's time and effort as it meant we were able to find the perfect dress and accessories in one visit! From the start of my appointment I was made to feel like only I mattered. The lady who helped was so lovely and kept fetching dresses and hats for me to try, even dresses I hadn’t imagined me wearing. She gave brilliant advise. All of this helped me make my decision on the dress I bought. The dress I bought I wouldn’t have looked at twice in the rail, but when I tried it on - WOW, it was so perfect. This is the second time I have purchased a mob dress from all about eve. Highly recommend.

From the moment we entered AAE, I was put at ease. I love the tag system and that I can recruit my bridal party to help me pick dresses. I went in thinking it was probably going to end with me not sure about what kind of dress to pick (again!) but my stylist brought a dress in the end of the appointment, it was one I’d seen earlier but thought I’d hate. She put it on me and it was absolutely perfect! AAE have been epic from start to finish and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a dress, they made me feel incredibly relaxed and special all in one!

I couldn't be any happier with my experience here. As a plus size bride, no matter how confident you are, there's always a little voice in the back of your head wondering what on earth you'll do if nothing looks good on your body. That was not even a slight problem here. I came in today without appointment to browse for mum of the groom outfit. I was made to feel welcome as soon as I entered & encouraged to browse with no pressure. I think it was Sam who served me who was friendly & professional & asked if I had a style & colour preference. She also found me the perfect matching hat. We were offered refreshments. I was delighted to walk out with an outfit & hat. As a petite size it’s very difficult to find outfits that fit. Would be nice if in the future some of the outfits could come in a petite range. My outfit for my other son’s wedding was also purchased at your store 10 years ago & I had endless compliments. Feel the same will apply to the elegant gown I purchased today. I had the best experience at AAE with Keira. During my first appointment there was no pressure to walk away with a dress and she allowed me to walk through my likes and dislikes with each dress until I found a silhouette that I felt fit my body. I came back for a second appointment and found the one! I would definitely recommend AAE for any upcoming bride!

Had a fantastic experience with Sam today trying on mother of the bride outfits. Walking through your doors and seeing all the beautiful outfits set up in a colour system was brilliant, we were given gloves to have a browse and able to touch everything and made to feel comfortable doing so. Sam was so helpful with suggestions and trying all different styles and colours. The changing room we went to upstairs was lovely and big, light and so cool and breezy, very comfortable to change in and out of lots of outfits. Sam was chatting away to my daughter the bride and it was so lovely to hear her asking about her wedding dress and looking at photos together, felt like we had known her for ages and felt very comfortable with her. I found my dress and hat and bought it. We are very lucky to have such a beautiful bridal shop so close to us, we live in Cwmbran. Excellent service, excellent selection of outfits and excellent staff making us feel wonderful. Would highly recommend.

We would also like to mention how they fitted us in so last minute and made us feel so welcome and comfortable throughout the whole process. Excellent service from booking an appointment online, AAE staff checking in/confirming, finding the dress to in house service. AAE has an excellent range of dresses to choose from. Despite the massive size of the shop, the shop has a very calm and lovely feel to it- the stylists are all so lovely and contribute to the reason why AAE has an amazing bridal shopping service.
