This bridal boutique had some of the best selections, including a newer style on sale that I had just about given up on finding with my tight budget! It was the dress of my dreams and Melanie made it so easy to try on exactly what I was thinking about! I showed her just a couple pictures and she pulled stuff almost exact to the images, already knowing where everything was. She pulled more dresses as we went, going off of my thoughts on each dress! You can tell that this boutique has a real passion for wedding dresses and they love what they do. Their excitement shines through and makes it that much easier to narrow down what you’re looking for. The salon itself was very adorable and spacious enough for all of my bridesmaids to relax. Stopping here when looking for dresses is a MUST.

I can't say enough about my experience at Diamonds & Pearls! Melanie is equal parts consummate professional and inviting warmth. This warmth made me, my mom, sister, and two girlfriends feel at ease and excited in the shop in the first few minutes. I had the most amazing experience on finding my wedding dress. First off, I had Melanie and she was wonderful! She was honest with me about my timeframe since I hadn’t found a dress and my wedding is for July. I had gone to another shop and they didn’t bother being honest about this part. She treated my family great and involved them in the whole process. Mind you, my family that came wasn’t the nicest when it came to criticism. They were a tough crowd. She made me feel amazing the entire time and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Best part of it all, I FOUND THE DRESS!

Brittany helped me find the perfect wedding dress and made the day so fun and comfortable. I am a self conscious person and very shy, however she made all my worries go away. She's definitely a gal's gal, she is very supportive, and made sure to not try to rush me or anything. Just an absolutely wonderful person. She gave so much great advice too as unfortunately neither myself or my little group has actually ever gone to a wedding or knows much about them. Hours after the experience I am still enjoying the after-glow of the amazing time I had. The shop also has an inviting presence, there are so many beautiful dresses and the prices are very fair. Both Brittany and Melanie care for the brides-to-be and make sure that everyone is finding what they are looking for and are enjoying themselves. At the time, the shop was extremely busy but both Brittany and Melanie greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. It was all Diamonds ?? and Pearls from Day 1 for me Warning! This is a long ( but good) review…I was searching for a specific gown (I was unhappy with a dress I previously purchased at another store) and it was just meant to be for D&P to have it in stock. I reached out thru email and got a quick response from Melanie herself! I made my appointment, was at least 20 minutes late the day of but Melanie was so gracious in waiting for me. Melanie was so knowledgeable and offered all options (color and customizations) I ended up loving and purchasing the dress I wanted (got literal chills). If I could do it all over again I would've come here first; Melanie helped make this whole experience seamless and painless. Do not hesitate coming to Diamonds & Pearls you will not regret it <3

Frist let me say that great costumer sevice for the owner .I call the store on labor day the store was closed for the holiday but the owner offer to open the store for me so I can have my appoitment. When I enter the store I Was greeted by Brittiny and she said today we are going to find you a dress. We chatted and she graved a couple of dresses and they all look amazing but them I said how about something a little different and she brough out the winner I got goosebups when I was trying it own and the dress fit my body amazenlly. The selection of gorgeous dresses at Diamonds & Pearls was amazing! I’m working on a right timeline, so was limited to mainly the sample floor styles, but the selection did not disappoint whatsoever! We worked with Brittany and she was honest, efficient, encouraging, and make the experience everything I could have asked for when looking for a wedding dress. This was my second stop of the day and Instead of hoping to find something I loved, I had to narrow down the number of dresses that I loved from the stellar lineup. 10/10 will recommend this shop to any future bride!

Melanie was amazing! Within 45 mins, we found the perfect dress! The location was beautiful, private, organized and clean. She was prepared with at least six choices and made me feel so comfortable saying, “Yes to the Dress.” Do not hesitate to come here for your perfect wedding day dress.

From my first phone call trying to find a dress no other bridal shop had, to my appointment day, she went above and beyond to make the entire experience as stress free and joyful as possible. They didn’t have a sample of the dress I wanted either, but they rented one from the designer just for my appointment so that I could try on my dream dress. Not to mention the extensive collection they already have in their beautiful shop. This was the most wonderful experience, I can’t recommend them enough!

Awesome experience. Even though I did not end up purchasing a dress from this place, I really enjoyed my experience! I had been feeling deflated after going to so many shops and not finding what I was looking for. When I went here, not only were there so many dress options for my budget, but I felt like the staff were my personal cheerleaders, helping me find dresses that work for me. Like I said, despite not finding exactly what I was looking for (I was looking for something VERY specific) I enjoyed my experience at Diamonds and Pearls very much, and I would recommend it to any bride to be!

Absolutely loved my experience at the shop! The shop had amazing dresses that I was very shock to see. The person that had helped me today really made the process very easy and fun. Although today's appointment was just for research purposes (I will not be getting married til 2025/2026), I actually found my dress. The dress was something I did not expect to fall in love (I have cried twice) and it really felt like me. Even though I will not be saying 'yes' right now, I am going to keep in contact with this shop as well as staying close with Brittany for the next few years til I finally say 'yes'! Love love love this place. Will be coming back and staying in touch!

Diamonds & Pearls Bridal shop was one of my absolute favorite experiences out if all the shops we went to. Dessadra was so helpful and fun to work with, our group had a blast while I tried on some beautiful dresses. While I did not end up finding the perfecr wedding dress at this store, I'm so happy we went here and I'm sure many others would find exactly what they're looking for at this shop. And even if they don't they will get helpful insight on dresses and styles that fit your body type and have a wonderful experience regardless. Would highly recommend!!
