I can’t recommend Carol’s enough! A super friendly team with plenty of beautiful dresses to suit any budget. Megan was my bridal stylist and she was so lovely. I was a bit anxious but she made me feel really relaxed. I’m looking forward to going back again when my dress arrives!

Megan was amazing!! I was overwhelmed by the choice of beautiful amazing dresses as soon as we walked in. The upstairs space is lovely and Megan was the best. She took time to listen and was amazing at picking up on which bits of a dress I loved and then suggesting more to try on. My problem now is there’s 4 that I love and they’re all so beautiful it’s going to be tough to choose.

I had a fantastic time! I experienced such a lovely welcome, the consultant listened to what I thought I wanted, and then helped me find something so much better!! She helped me become so much more self confident and beautiful. I had a real ‘Yes to the dress’ moment and everyone involved in my fitting helped me celebrate that moment and make it so special. I left the shop feeling so elated and excited, and can’t wait for the next fitting appointment!

I had the most amazing experience in purchasing my dress. Sarah helped so much, listening to what I wanted and knew exactly what dresses would suit my figure and make me feel incredible. She was so understanding and able to have a laugh with us as well (and all the other staff made us feel so welcome and gave the nicest compliments). Sarah made me feel welcome from the first hello! I was really nervous and anxious coming in but left feeling happy and confident with more of an understanding of the style of dress I might go for. She arranged another appointment for me to come back and try the dress on again. Sadly she won't be able to be there but assured me her colleague will be a great help!

Hiya Lovely Ladies of Team CBB :D :D It was an absolutely off the scale FABULOUS experience to come and try on the wonderful Zander Lane dress yesterday. Everyone was extremely helpful, enthusiastic, energetic and very professional whilst also being completely approachable and putting me at ease when squiggling into the new dress! Huge thanks to Lauren for arranging to aquire the sample dress, and to Sarah who took me through the fitting....and to Gail and the new young lady (sorry I cant recall her name) for coming to check me out in the dress and give me their reaction. You all absolutely ROCK!!!! I felt like a queen in the Zander Lane design, in the same way the Zander did for my wedding....but the Zander Lane is another dimension of slinky, which looked unexpectedly incredible on me.....As always, your time and care taken with me in the whole process of finding the dress through to eventually receiving the completed bespoke order is greatly appreciated ???????????? I cant wait to wear my own Zander Lane dress.....woooooohooooo! You are all an incredible team who go that extra mile to acheive bride to be dreams and desires. Not to mention the phenomenal after care once the big day has happened and the dress needs professional cleaning, steaming, packing......I could go on and on how amazing you have all been.....particularly Lauren. Lauren made my first experience of trying on wedding dresses so relaxed and easy. She made me feel at ease and the fact I could have all my bridesmaids and mum in with me, was so lovely. Gail was so lovely. She helped me into every dress and made sure I was comfortable before showing my bridesmaids. She had originally picked 4 dresses but when I showed her a picture of what I was looking for, she changed the dresses she had picked to ones that were like ‘my vision’ without hesitation. I gave her my budget and she picked dresses within or on budget. I found my beautiful dress without feeling pressured. I felt like I was in really good hands with Gail. She really was lovely!

My dress consultation went amazing the lady who looked after me really listened to me on what I wanted showed me a beautiful range of dresses and was honest of the dresses and how they fit ect I found a dress that was to be honest everything I wouldn’t of wanted but I trusted my consultant and her Opinion and tried the dress on and I ended up taking the dress home! It was everything I wanted on more! Thankyou for making me feel amazing and helping me find such an amazing dress!
