I had a great time today picking out my prom dress! Amilia made it soo easy to find one I love. My mother made it kind of hard to buy Amilia made me feel very comfortable and not embarrassed at all (even though she had to bring me underwear) I’m very thankful for you guys!!!!

I came in with my daughter with the goal of purchasing a prom dress and we were successful! We were visiting Richmond from SC and learned about your store online. Your website is very good and it was easy to make an appointment. Your selection of smaller sized dresses was quite decent and had a variety of styles at various price points. The assistant was helping us was very nice and did her job well. Overall it was a good experience and I am very pleased with my daughter’s prom dress in terms of style, fit, and quality for the price.

Our second visit to your store did not disappoint! Not only did my grand daughter find a dress she loves, but, the shopping experience was good! The two young ladies were helpful and pleasant and particularly the young lady who helped with getting in and out of the dresses.

Such a nice boutique, got all the help i needed. They helped me hold onto dresses, help put me in the dresses, and overall just gave me a great experience. I had my second bridal appt yesterday, and I'm very happy to say I found my wedding dress! My best friend found her wedding dress here a couple of years ago and I had been so impressed at their selection of dresses and approach to bridal appts that I knew I wanted to come here when it was my turn (despite living 2 hours away). At both appointments, the attendants/assistants were extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable and welcome. At my first appt, they were very patient and allowed me to try on a large variety of dresses. At my second appt, they helped me with the specific dress I had been eye-ing and helped answer questions related to my concerns about alterations and trying on different veils. The price was very competitive, and it was great getting to walk out of the store with it in hand instead of needing to order and wait for it to come in. I was also very relieved that they were able to enter my payment manually because I had forgotten my wallet at home! Highly recommend coming here to shop for wedding dresses!!

We went to this store after 3 others for my daughter’s prom dress. Our sales associate was beyond helpful and caring and was such an ego boost for my daughter. We found her dress here that she loves and Lex’s has found a loyal customer.

We were in town for a field hockey tournament and made an appointment in our downtime. Hannah was amazing and we walked away with my daughter's prom gown. Hannah took time with my daughter and provided her multiple gowns to try on and the amount of positive energy she provided her when she walked out with her gown was amazing!

Lex's provided fantastic help with 2 employees assisting our 3 teens in finding dresses. They made the process quick and easy with our 1 hour appointment. They did a great job of listening to things the girls liked, asking for photos of ideas, and pulling the correct sizes.
