I brought my niece Keyana to Lex’s to get a prom dress. She lives in Pennsylvania and could find a dress. I’ve purchased 2 prom dresses for my daughter from Lex’s in the past and I knew my niece would find a dress there. My niece Keyana said “Everyone was really nice. Hannah was very helpful. They had a lot of options even though they said it was the end of prom season. Everyone was really nice”. I just wanted to say thank you so much for making my nieces prom dress experience amazing. I will forever recommend you.

We have visited Lex’s many times and have purchased dress three times — Junior Prom, Senior Homecoming, and Senior Prom. My daughter found the dress she loves for Senior Prom at Lex’s however it was a lot more than what we were planning to pay. This was back in January. After visiting other stores and trying on all sorts of dresses, we finally landed back on the dress from January… two weeks before prom. I was so sad when the I arrived and found the dress was gone. One of the associates asked if they could help me with anything and I shared I was there to find this dress for my daughter. She confirmed the dress was sold but offered to check and see if they could order it for us. My daughter was not with me, so I couldn’t order that day. I was told call back after discussing with my daughter and as for Amelia. Amelia was great! She got the dress ordered and assured me they would have it in the store in 5-7 days. We were less than 14 days away from prom! Amelia has helped us in the past and she has always been wonderful. We just ordered the dress, so hopefully the dress arrives in time. Based on Amelia’s confidence I feel assured the dress will arrive on time. Really impressed with Lex’s of Carytown ability to save us in this very last minute push for the dress my daughter really wanted. Note, we won’t be playing the last minute game again!!

We had a wonderful experiencing shopping for a prom dress at Lex's of Carytown. It was stress free and so enjoyable! The staff was very helpful and friendly. We happily said "Yes" to the perfect dress! I cannot say that about all the places we went looking for prom dresses, but we will definitely be going back to Lex's of Carytown.

The entire team was super professional and supportive. We had a prom crisis and they managed to not only get us a gown my daughter loved but they made her feel better about an unfortunate situation. Love this shop, highly recommend!

I’m sorry I can’t remember the name of our sales person but she’s amazing and the second time we’ve had her. She was amazing with my daughter and we found the most perfect dress for my hard to shop for daughter. It was seamless and such an easy decision!!

I loved it there. I found the perfect dress for me. The stylist that I got was super sweet and nice. She made sure that all the dressed I tried on fit well and she even got me new ones when I requested her. Definitely the best experience I have had when coming to shop for the dress. I think her name was Courtney but I am not sure.

The customer service when coming through the door was awesome, she told my daughter where to look, she chose a lot of different dresses, different styles but fell in love with one dress after just 30 minutes of shopping and the price was perfect as well, I would definitely recommend anyone to this store

We visit Lex’s every year for all of our homecoming and prom dresses for 2 reasons-the selection of dresses and the assistance they provide when trying them on. We had the pleasure of working with Megan today, she was patient, kind, super sweet…and she picked the dress we walked out with!

I got off work early and spontaneously checked the website. It was about 3:15 and they had an opening at 4 for bridal. I called to see if this was okay and they didn’t turn me away—I even got there a little early and then helped me right away! My stylist was bouncing between prom and I, and she handled it very well! Even helped me say yes to the dress. I’m in a smaller venue and she found me one on budget and checked all my boxes. It was even in sale! Far less than I was expecting to pay! Thank you again. Never what I expected from Lex’s. Definitely will recommend them moving forward.

Amelia was very patient with us. At first, we felt kind of rushed as it was mentioned my daughter and her friend needed to hurry up because they only had an hour. However, once we got into the flow of things the experience ended up being lovely. My daughter found her dress and we cannot wait to see her all dolled up.
