I had a great experience at Lex’s finding a wedding guest dress for an upcoming wedding. After having no luck at bigger department stores trying to find a dress for a women in her 20s Lex’s was my last ditch effort and i’m so glad I came in! The staff was very nice, and not pushy at all!

Amelia was absolutely wonderful to work with, she was helpful and accommodating. I was there trying on dresses 35 minutes past closing time and she was just so sweet. I went in twice to try them on. Avery was also so sweet and helpful as was the manager. I will be referring any future brides here!! Couldn’t have had a better experience, and I found the dress of my dreams!!

The ladies were awesome! I called ahead because we traveled from Fredericksburg and were stuck in traffic but they said they would still be there. They pulled dresses for my daughter and listened to what she wanted. They were very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. It was worth the trip!! I wish we found you sooner!

I had been to one other wedding dress boutique before coming to Lex's, but the overall vibe of this store was much more relaxed and inviting. I was able to look at dresses myself, while my stylist (I believe her name was Taylor) went to find specific dresses that I was looking at online. She also was able to hear my feedback and suggest different styles that directly reflected my vision. No matter the request, she tried to find something that would help me envision the look I wanted on my wedding day.

I had a great experience at Lex’s of Carytown. Hannah was very helpful as I tried on several dresses. Unfortunately, the dress I liked the most wasn’t available in my size and would need a great deal of alteration, so I decided to continue looking.

My stylist was welcoming, kind, and informed. She knew her inventory on hand well! I was very impressed by the level of urgency this business provides. I’ve been to your store twice to look for mother of the bride dresses - first by myself then with my daughter who came into town. Both Amelia and Taylor were friendly, patient, and helpful. Amelia had a great sense of my style and when I went to retry at the 2nd visit, Taylor followed up with other nice suggestions. Your store is classy without the attitude. I’m appreciative that both gals were not pushy or insincere in order to make a sale- it makes a difference !

Amanda was great! I had only a vague idea of what I wanted when I came in, so she pulled several different styles, and we quickly narrowed it down to two. They were larger sizes than what I needed, so trying them on involved a lot of clipping and unclipping. She was very patient while I tried them both on - several different times. She offered thoughts but never tried to influence my decision. Once I’d made up my mind, she ordered my size, it came in quickly, and it fit perfectly. It was an enjoyable and easy experience, and I’d absolutely recommend Lex’s.

Everything was so smooth and easy! From the phone calls with Amanda and other girls at the store to Taylor helping me try on the sample dress I ordered along with some others. The process was easy and I really loved how friendly everybody that works there it. It made the experience so enjoyable.

This morning I had a bridal appointment and it was my first time trying on wedding dresses. I feel awful because I cannot remember the woman’s name helping me but I’m sure you all can look it up. She was a very helpful and attentive young woman and made me feel so beautiful in every dress even when they didn’t exactly fit me. Within 1 and a half hours I had tried on 11 dresses and then successfully found my dream dress and veil which she had pulled for me. She was spectacular and I couldn’t thank her enough for how beautiful she made me felt when I am by nature a very nervous and shy person and I don’t have a ton of confidence but she made me feel so comfortable and beautiful. Thank you so much for helping me go home with my dress in basically 1 hour and not feel rushed at all. Her service was just totally amazing.

I brought my niece Keyana to Lex’s to get a prom dress. She lives in Pennsylvania and could find a dress. I’ve purchased 2 prom dresses for my daughter from Lex’s in the past and I knew my niece would find a dress there. My niece Keyana said “Everyone was really nice. Hannah was very helpful.
