I had an absolutely amazing experience at Zazou’s! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. The entire team was incredibly patient, listened closely to my vision, and offered their expert recommendations without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. I found my perfect wedding dress here, and the process was smooth and enjoyable. Our experience was so positive that we also decided to purchase my fiancé’s tux and rent the groomsmen’s suits through Zazou’s. The same level of care and attention was given to all of us, and it really made the planning process that much easier. Their team truly listens, and they go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. I couldn’t recommend Zazou’s enough for anyone planning their special day!

I most recently went in to rent a suit. I had no idea what I wanted and in less than 30 minutes we had a suit and shoes ordered and were out the door. We've rented prom tuxedos the last few years and the customer service has been excellent.

The other ladies, of Zazou's, also made me feel good standing up on stage while trying on different dresses. I ended up having so much fun with everyone and didn't want the day to end. Im so beyond happy I found THE dress at Zazou's. Side note: I've also gotten my daughters prom dress and homecoming dress here. The girls made my daughter feel comfortable and beautiful when picking a her dresses. Which is why I had to come back for my wedding dress.

OBSESSED! I felt absolutely amazing from the moment I stepped into the store. I booked a private appointment for my family and I to enjoy the space in its entirety. Our appointment was TRUELY incredible. Nicole was my consultant and made me feel incredible safe and comfortable throughout the entire time, as well as Courtney. I am someone who is on the larger side of the scale, and was so nervous/anxious about how it would all go. Everyone was truly the absolute best. Thank you thank you THANK YOU Zazou’s!

I had a VIP appointment on 6/7/24 and it was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Willie did a perfect job at helping me find the best dress ever. Every single person in my group was impressed with the service, selection, atmosphere, and overall ambiance of the store. She answered all my questions, reassured me when needed and made me feel completely confident and comfortable in my choice.

The dress selections were amazing and Brit was phenomenal. This was my third dress shop that I visited and she was by far the best consultant I worked with. She wasn’t pushy, her suggestions were spot on, and she really took her time with us. It seemed like she could tell when I was on the fence about something, and brought out wild cards to help me feel more solid in my decisions. There was such an array of dress choices, I was glad I was able to try some VERY different styles. I’m so happy with my choice, and it’s the complete opposite of what I was expecting to land on. 10/10

Winnie did a wonderful job during my appointment. She made my bridal appointment very comfortable and was on top of helping me try on dresses. As someone who normally needs reassurance, she was one of the best people. The experience was so comfortable for me and the guests I brought with. Winnie made sure that I didn't forget about any accessories such as belt, crowns, veils, and so much more. She even grabbed straps so I could envision what the complete look was. All insecurities I may of had practically melted away as Winnie and I spoke. She even let me know that some of the emotions I had were fairly normal when I was in dresses that weren't 'the one' for me. It was an overall fantastic experience! I will recommend this shop to anyone.

We loved our experience at Zazou's! We were in the area for holiday gatherings and came in looking for a MOB dress and without an appointment. We were welcomed immediately! While trying on dresses, my daughters spied a bridesmaid dress they liked and they were more than willing to let them try on bridesmaids dresses as well. All of the staff were very attentive and friendly. We ended up purchasing not only a MOB dress but our bridesmaid dresses as well.

What I loved most about Zazou's was the wide selection of dresses (and sizes!) and the personable staff. I worked with Marcy and she was the ultimate hype girl. Marcy truly made my experience at Zazous so positive and uplifting, helping me feel so confident in every dress I tried on. She wasn't pushy, didn't make me feel rushed, and was patient as I thought carefully about my decision. While I haven't "said yes to the dress" yet, I would 100% recommend stopping in and shopping at Zazou's.
