This was the first place I went to start my wedding dress shopping process. I did not walk in expecting to find my wedding dress at the first bridal shop, however, I did! Dominique was fantastic in helping me bring my expectations into reality. She was also very enthusiastic and made the total dress experience not only fun, but comfortable. There were a range of dresses to choose from at affordable prices. I cannot wait until my dress arrives and cannot stop looking at pictures of it!

I am a 2025 bride and worked with Rebecca during my appointment in January 2025. I had been to 2 other bridal shops prior to this appointment but couldn’t find “the one”. The dress I ended up choosing was the FIRST ONE Rebecca pulled for me! She did an amazing job listening to me and my support system’s likes and dislikes of previous dresses I had tried on! We had so much and tried on various dresses of different styles and designs to make sure I was happy. The owner came over for my last look in the dress with the veil and bouquet! Everyone was so so sweet and the best hype women! I cannot wait to go back for my fitting!

My bridal consultant Dominique was absolutely amazing, she listened to what I liked and disliked and was very patient! A lot of bridal shops tend to be overwhelming however she made the experience amazing. Her personality made the experience 10 times better, this process was so much fun! The shop is absolutely stunning and the staff is amazing! I would totally recommend purchasing your dress through J Andrew’s Bridal, and if possible having Dominique as your bridal consultant!

Where do I start? Dominique was extremely helpful! I showed her my inspiration picture and off of one picture, she brought back my dream dress! On top of that, their hospitality was top tier. If you’re dress shopping, this is the number 1 place to go!

10/10 all day! I had never tired on a wedding dress and my thoughts and ideas were all over the place. Dominique took exactly what I asked for and found some stunning dresses. There was trial and error but she was so positive the whole time. When she pulled one, I was skeptical, but as they say “ Don’t judge a dress on the hanger”. I’m so glad I tried it on as it being THE dress. I am so glad I found J. Andrew’s as it was the smoothest wedding dress experience!

Very calm and relaxing environment, everyone was very polite. I had the BEST experience at J. Andrew's Bridal. My stylist, Dominique, was incredibly helpful and patient and was an excellent listener. She knew exactly what I wanted in a wedding dress, even when it was hard for me to put my thoughts into words. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day!

I went on Sunday and had the Limitless Upgrade experience and it was AMAZING. I took 7 of my girls and we had the whole place to ourselves to take about 235 pictures! I walked in knowing what I DIDNT want and all over the place with what I did want in my dress. Ashlee was my bridal stylist and understood exactly what I was saying and brought me so many beautiful dresses even thought I though I was being complicated 😅. She reassured me that my “Say Yes” moment may look different than it does on TV and that’s OK! Towards the end, I was torn between 2 (one that was “safe” and in my comfort zone and another that was not what I thought I wanted at all), but I was obsessed once she had me close my eyes and she dressed me like a doll with my comfort dress over my perfect dress! As soon as I opened my eyes, I said “No, definitely the other one!” ::cue the screams and tears from my family:: The owner Sarah, joined us towards the end of the appointment and was the sweetest! Very transparent and clear about pricing! So excited to wear my dress in February! Another review coming soon. 🫶🏼

My wonderful consultant, Dominique, made sure to listen to my vision and pulled dresses that matched exactly what I was looking for. I had been to over 9 dress appointments before going to J. Andrews, and it was the first shop that had unique styles that matched what I was looking for. I purchased a customized Casa Blanca gown that was ordered to my exact measurements. With the few alterations I had, the process was seamless. They even offered to store my dress for me until the big day. If you are looking for a truly inclusive store, with unique styles, and a fantastic staff, look no further. It is well worth the drive!

EXCELLENCE PREVAILS! When I say excellent customer service is not old school and makes all the difference, here’s an amazing story. Sarah and I messaged back and forth for 3 days regarding a bride I’m assisting from out of state with gown appointments in Atlanta. Out of the 7 bridal shops I messaged, Sarah was the most attentive. Based off the customer service, we booked an appointment. My bride thought she designed the dress she wanted with an upcoming truck show at another bridal shop. I told her, we have to at least visit J. Andrew’s bridal shop since they provided such great customer service & I’d paid a deposit. Sarah sent a message confirming our appointment & I updated her on the brides top contender at another place. When we walked in, Dominique had us sit down while she pulled some dresses. I asked to assist the bride and she informed me, “ no need” she had it. This was a breath of fresh air since at the last salon, I worked as if I was a stylist helping my bride find dresses, and get in and out of her dresses. The 1st dress Dominique picked was absolutely stunning. It was completely different from the initial dress & different from what the bride visioned. I asked Dominique how she picked the 1st dress, as it was so different and she told me based off of what the bride described to her she wanted and the picture that was sent to her previously as top contender, she knew she had to come out knocking. 24 hours of going back to the other salon to try on the top contender again the bride ultimately decided after coming back to J Andrew’s. This was the dress that she absolutely loved & felt beautiful in. I am appreciative for Dominique sense of style and thinking outside the box for helping my bride come up with a dress that was completely out of what she originally wanted but ended up being the dress she chose, even after trying on the original top contender on 2 separate days. If it weren’t for Sarah’s initial promptness & continual follow up, we would not have made at a point to KEEP the initial appointment & made the over an hour drive to J. Andrews TWICE to ultimately say “yes to the dress”.

I had the best experience and also the best dress price! No matter how many dresses I tried on my stylist kept pulling until I was happy!
