It always feels so magical every time I visit Alta Costura. Today I went for my third appointment which was for alterations, the seamstress was lovely and put my mind at ease. She tried various different options to fully explore what would be perfect for me. I’m still over the moon I picked this shop to find my wedding dress. ‘Perfect’ in terms of service feels like an understatement.

Had such a lovely experience. Tried on a variety of dresses and my stylist pulled a wild card from my reactions. The wild card was the dress I went back and bought after going away to look at photos with my bridal party. The stylist had anticipated I would be back and was already set aside for me which I really appreciated. Such a lovely atmosphere

All the ladies was very helpful, made my daughter feel relaxed and comfortable to find the dress for her big day .Also made it a special experience for her. I was very impressed by the ladies in Alta costura bride boutique.

I had a really lovely experience. It was relaxed, I felt very welcome and the selection of dresses within my price range and size was excellent. I wanted to try on some dresses with colour, I was pleasantly surprised at how vast their selection was. Unfortunately, I did not find "the one" but it gave me a very good idea of what I want and do not want. It's a process after all. I would thoroughly recommend Alta Costura to all brides.

I had such a wonderful experience today, made to feel at ease, and they listened so well to what I liked/didn’t like. They allowed you time to browse the whole store and select an unlimited number to try on. So happy to say I said yes to the dress and can’t thank the team enough!!!

The service provided has been exceptional. The staff were amazing at helping me find my perfect dress and resolving an issue I had with my dress when it arrived in store. However my daughter's and the staff at Altra new better and as soon as I tried the dress on I knew it was the right one. Came on Saturday 26th April to begin my search for my dream dress. Was welcomed by Joanne. She was so friendly and asked about my big day. She explained how the time would work and explained what each style of dress was before letting me search the rails for dresses I’d like to try. She helped me into each of the dresses and made me feel extremely comfortable. I tried on quite a few dresses and managed to get it down to 2. I explained I was visiting a different shop after to try on more. There was absolutely no pressure and she gave me the details of my top 2 dresses. I visited the next shop but I soon realised that my heart wasn’t in it as I’d indeed found the one. After a spot of lunch I headed back to the shop and Joanne was with another customer so was looked after by Natasha. Again, was a warm welcome and I got the sense that the staff were genuinely excited for me. Natasha took my measurement and explained everything to me. Joanne popped over to congratulate me. I really would recommend this shop to anyone searching for their dress. It made my day and experience so enjoyable. Thank you ladies

Such a lovely team at Alta. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel special. My daughter is wheelchair-bound but she was treated as a bride to be and she loved the occasion. Although we didn’t find “the one”, we would most definitely recommend a visit.

Jade was AMAZING. So patient and kind and very helpful! Understood my style and what I was after and helped me find my dream dress. Sarah was amazing. I know it was a hard appointment, but she listened to everything and pulled Lots of fabulous dresses. Her knowledge is extensive. Although I didn't find my dress, I would definitely request this lady on my next visit. The shop was lovely. A wonderful relaxed feel which with my anxiety helped put ,e at ease. The other ladies were brilliant very welcoming and I would definitely recommend this store to any first time brides such as myself.

I had bridal consultation with Jade today. She made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I went in feeling nervous and not really sure what I wanted. Jade pulled lots of different dresses for me to try and explained how things can be changed and altered to make me more comfortable. After trying on quite a few dresses we found the perfect one for me. Jade was amazing through the whole experience. I am self conscious of my body after loosing weight, but Jade made me feel so comfortable and special she really was amazing. I can’t wait to come back and collect my beautiful dress!

Wow what can I say the staff are amazing there they made the whole experience amazing I came out buzzing from the shop after saying yes to the dress with my little gift. What they gave me. When I got to my appointment I was warmly greeted by all of the staff. They explained how the appointment would go and very quickly put me at ease. I was able to freely look at all of the dresses and they helped me pick out what they thought would not only suit me but what was in my price range and what could be ordered and altered in time for the wedding. They gave their honest opinion of how each dress looked on my body type and how things could be altered if I needed it to be. By the end of the appointment I came away with my dream dress, I felt looked after, listened to and looking forward to wearing my amazing dress on the big day. Thank you to all the staff at Alta.

We had the best experience here. This was the first bridal shop I visited on the journey to find my wedding dress and I really do not want to go anywhere else after this. Jessica was fabulous, everyone I brung with me also said the same. She really listened to what I wanted and was able to help pull dresses that was exactly my vibe. We never felt rushed or anything we really took our time and found a dress I absolutely love. Jessica said at the beginning she had a good feeling that she would help me find a dress and she was right. I cannot rate Jade enough . I am an older bride (second time round ) and I felt completely overwhelmed and terrified I was going to look like mutton dressed as lamb. I came in and really didn’t know what to expect as I have never been dress shopping. Me and my mum were greeted with such a warm welcome. We were a little early but that wasn’t a problem, we sat and waited and I had a little look at some dresses. I was then met by the lovely Jessica who was going to take my appointment. We went through what I wanted in a dress, I had a variety of ideas and she worked so hard in picking out lots of beautiful dresses. I felt so comfortable getting undressed and into the gowns infront of her. I felt bad when I didn’t like some of them on me but she explained I’ll know the one for me. I had the best time. Jessica made me feel like a glowing bride in every aspect. She also included my mum who came with me. I said yes to a dress and we left very happy.

I Attended today for my first fitting today with Daphne. Her calming influence was great when I was so emotional about having my dress on again! It was so nice to see Jade who helped me choose my dress as well. Alta Costura came highly recommended to me and I’d highly recommend it to any other bride looking for the perfect dress. The team are all so lovely and the dress selection is amazing
