I had an appointment today with Sarah, and she was so amazing and helpful! I’ve been set on a black dress forever, and any bridal shop or boutique I’ve ever spoken to have always tried to sway me to white, not accommodate my choices. However, Sarah rallied all the black dresses (which was a really good selection!!) and we also tried on some white ones too, just for feel and shape. We ended up with about 12 dresses to try! But we ended up trying on 7, and in that, we found my dress! Sarah really made me feel at ease, and she knew quickly what I was comfortable with, and what made me feel best. She was so attentive and really knew what to pick out for me. For what I thought was going to be an awful experience because I’m a curvier girl, was actually one of the most relaxed, exciting, and most confidence-boosting experience! Thank you Sarah for the most enjoyable experience in wedding planning so far!

Absolutely amazing! Loved every minute. I felt so comfortable and I didn't feel nervous at all. The staff were so welcoming and so helpful and went above and beyond for me.

From the moment I walked in, Lauren took control and made me feel really relaxed. She talked me through the process and allowed me to take a look through the selection of gowns. With had a nice number to try along with different styles. Lauren was very professional, quick and in control, but allowing me freedom to get feel for the dresses. The last dress was a show stopper and resulted in me saying ‘Yes to the Dress’! Measurements weee all taken and Lauren had these doubled checked too, for peace of mind. Thank you Lauren, you was an absolute delight. The little gift was lovely and I loved the chalk heart with my name on. Them little touches make the difference.

The best experience finding my wedding dress with the loveliest lady guiding me through the process! The whole appointment was professional, comfortable and easy! We all had a lovely time! Can’t wait to go back for fitting already!

Jade was fantastic from start to finish, understanding our vision and knowing what I really wanted before I even did! I felt comfortable and not at all rushed and most of all listened too. I said yes to the dress and highly Recommend if you are looking for your dream dress you take a look

I love every experience I have had with Alta Costura so far, I've just had my first fitting and as always the staff where so lovely and accomodating. I had my toddler with me and they even brought toys out for her and have her biscuits bless them. I can't recommend Alta Costura enough, thank you for your hard work ladies.

I was upset and nervous with bridal shopping, especially after unexpectedly losing my Dad and not wanting to face reality.. I'd had a few terrible dress experiences before, so I didn't hold out much hope... HOWEVER, from the moment I walked in, I was made to feel at ease, fabulous & most importantly - listened to! I felt seen, heard & totally awesome by the end of it! It was as if I'd found my soul sisters! The whole team were absolutely fantastic, even to recommending the perfectly suited seamstress for me and my requests; Tracy was fantastic and brought my dream dress to life! We even had matching handbags! If anyone is gonna go dress shopping, The Alta girls have got you! 1000% recommend!

I had a wonderful experience during my first bridal appointment. As someone who was extremely nervous at the whole idea of dress shopping, Jessica put me at ease and after trying multiple styles really helped narrow down what I wanted, finding some beautiful choices that she thought would suit what I was looking for. 100% recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience, Lauren made me feel so comfortable and went hunting around for the perfect dress once she got a taste of my style. From the minute we entered the store it was so welcoming and relaxed Lauren even managed to fit me in for a second slot which is when I said yes to my dress. Even my two children (9&7) enjoyed the cake and pink lemonade :) thank you again!!

I had my first appointment for wedding dress try on at Alta Costura, with the lovely Jade, she was amazing and so helpful. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She knew exactly what i had in mind for options to try, aswell as other recommendations to try. The shop is beautiful and they have so many gorgeous dresses to choose from. I could not fault anything with the process and it was the best experience for me with my mum, nan and sister. Thank you for such a special day.

Amazing, managed to squeeze me in for an appointment after a disappointing day of trying on dresses in other shops. Me and my daughter arrived such a warm welcoming from everyone, made to feel comfortable from the very start. After an hour I had that feeling and ordered my dream dress, i honestly would recommend to anyone looking for the dream experience.

I had an amazing experience with the lovely Jo, she made me feel confident straight away, it was lovely being able to look at all the dresses. Jo was so empathetic and was able to see when I was overwhelmed and reassure me, it was also evident how happy she was for me when I found my dress. Lovely friendly service

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the shop offered a large selection of beautiful dresses to choose from. The lady assisting me was very helpful and kind and made me feel comfortable throughout. I was allowed to browse the dresses and choose dresss i wished to try on (unlike another bridal shop i had visited who did not allow this and picked dresses for on .y behalf). I felt listened too and was offered further dresses to try in addition to those I picked myself depending on my likes/dislikes. I am pleased to say that I said 'yes' to a beautiful dress and I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day. Thank you Alta Costura x

What a lovely salon. I had such a lovely experience searching for my wedding dress! I was able to try on many different dresses without feeling pressured to hurry up or make a decision. Lots of different styles to try on. And I was able to confidently say yes to the dress! Thank you Alta Costura!

What a lovely shop, they have a very large selection of different styles of dress to choose from and at very reasonable prices. The lady that helped me Sarah was very kind and helped me to chose the best dress for me. I cannot wait to wear my beautiful dress on my wedding day!

I have had the best customer service in alta costura bride, everyone is so welcoming and accommodating. They are all so lovely it was the first shop I went into to get my dress and I found what I wanted and had a sleeves added to my dress and it looks and feels amazing. For a larger lady I was nervous of not being able to try many on but they have everything for everyone and I was put at ease immediately. I love your shop! All staff have been so friendly since the first day walking in. They make you feel comfortable which is especially important with it being a vulnerable experience in terms of stepping out of your comfort zone. Tracey the seamstress was just so kind and reassuring. I was worried about my dress and she understood completely and put me at ease, she was more than accommodating and fixed the issue straight away. This was my second dress fitting, after the alterations had been made. I was really pleased especially with the back of the dress - Daphne had made it look beautiful and it was so nice to try on a shorter version too !!

My first seamstress appointment was wondeful. Isabella, was very friendly, honest and I didn't feel any pressure from her. I fell in love with my dress again after being properly fitted. I felt very comfortable with her and enjoyed the experience. I would highly recommend her, and would reassure anyone feeling nervous.

Daphne couldn't of been more helpful she made me feel so good in my dress reassured me that it fits me perfectly because the time I came before for my dress reveal I was told it didn't do up all the way and felt deflated and was scared I wouldn't be able to wear it on the day, but Daphne saved the day and had lots of courset lace left over so I was very happy and relieved to say the least! Looking forward to seeing her again.

Jade was so lovely and comforting. I was super nervous prior, being a plus size and I get hot a sweaty very quickly. The boutique was lovely and cool, and Jade didn’t mind me being sweaty bless her! I picked a few dresses, and so did Jade. Again I was super nervous trying on dresses that didn’t fit, but she was so kind and professional and made me feel at ease! I ended up saying yes to the dress, one completely opposite to what I thought, and one I said no to when it was on the hanger! Jade knew exactly what would be perfect for me. I honestly couldn’t fault the experience at all. I can’t wait to go back when my dress arrives and have it on again! Just want to say a massive thank you to Jade, she made my whole experience amazing!
