I attended the “Mom’s Night Out” and what a wonderful night of beautiful music and dresses. I was so impressed, I booked a fitting for Saturday. I had the wonderful privilege working with Karen and Janet. They listened to my concerns about ordering and in the midst of losing weight and they rest assured me throughout the fitting the timeframe in each piece I tried on. The very last dress I tried on … I bought. It fit me perfectly and it could be altered at any stage of my weight loss. I felt beautiful in it and I’m so happy…. Thank you both for helping me find the right dress.

The Mother of the Bride show & the following appt. was the best experience ever! About 6 weeks ago my daughter & I visited Something New to pick out her wedding dress… it was a success (thanks Jordan). Due to the kindness, selections and professionalism of the employees, I flew back for the Mother of the Bride event. This event lightened my eyes impossible dresses & styles available, which was important to experience. This made my personal appt a little easier. During the show, they also provided wonderful charcuterie, cake pops and infused water! The next day, I came to my mother of the bride one on one appt!! FABULOUS experience!! Karen and Janet provided great insight and listened to my desires to ensure I found the perfect dress. Their assistance went far beyond what was expected. I, being a Mother of the Groom, was not sure what to expect, but Something New Bridal offered exactly what I needed. I had been to department stores but needed personal service and Karen provided that personal service and was amazing to work with! Needed a suit for my daughter's wedding in july..men's wearhouse was 400.00 dollars....j.c. Penny's was 395.00 Did not want to take a loan out...my daughter said try you guys..her fiance and her sons got suits there..great price and great service..thanks

The wedding dress shopping experience was great! The girl who helped me was very friendly and picked out dresses that fit exactly what I was wanting to try on. Everyone seemed to be having fun and I would highly recommend this bridal shop.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! They didn’t have MY dress but I absolutely loved the experience, it was my favorite dress shop I went to by far. Anna was very professional while also being so fun and kind. There were a ton of options and I felt very heard and special the entire time. It was a beautiful experience from beginning to end. Absolutely amazing!!! I actually came in just to get the experience and thought I'd end up getting a cheaper dress somewhere else. Alex was so incredibly helpful, really fun to work with, and never pressured me at all. I am now absolutely obsessed with my dress!!!!

Everything was super easy. We did some research prior to our appointment and knew kinda what we wanted. Lucia was great and easy to work with. We were in and out within half an hour with 2 new suits.

Came in without an appointment to try on some wedding dresses and was greeted with a smile and got a full bridal appointment. Ella and Anna were amazing they both helped me find some dresses that fit my style and my body. As a curvy bride I felt beyond beautiful and had options that really fit me and my body. I'll definitely be coming back and will be recommending to my friends.

Lucia was wonderful to work with. There were some walk-ins ahead of us, but we were told of the situation and we were fine to wait a few extra minutes. Lucia explained the options and how tux rentals worked so that my son understood and was confident with his choice when we left.

They had such a great selection for prom dresses here. I thought I found the one the day before but I had a feeling I should keep searching. Liv made me feel so amazing and was very kind and friendly as well as not pushy about what I wanted. Absolutely wonderful costumer service from Liv, helped me step outside my comfort zone and made me feel wonderful in my dress!

I really enjoyed this prom dress shopping experience! The ladies who helped me out with finding dresses were so supportive and helpful! I really felt like they wanted me to find the dress that was right for me and weren’t just pushing me to spend more money. It was a really simple experience and the way everything was organized and set up made things super easy for someone who has never visited the shop before. I wanted a really gorgeous dress for my senior year prom which is why I was willing to go to Colorado Springs to see if I could find it and I did! I could not be happier with my decision and I am grateful for the support the workers showed me!!

I love Something New. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The thing that is overwhelming is that when you come up the stairs you are greeted with a lot of people. One almost feels staggering. It can an emotional day. It would be better to have the entry more calming. Sit and relax and then be greeted by your person and taken back to the room. It’s like everyone is overzealous and almost fighting over you when you get to the top of the stairs. It would be more people friendly. Otherwise it almost feels like a sales frenzy rather than a day for you. Just a thought.
