I visited eternally yours bridal wear in may this year and right from start to finish it was beautiful the staff were so kind and polite they tended to our every need there was no rush when trying on the dresses and they kept us hydrated throughout and the bonus was I picked my dress my first shop and i found the one ,, I would definitely recommend eternally yours bridal wear to any and everyone x

Helen was just amazing from start to finish. She makes you feel so welcome & it’s like wedding dress shopping with your friend! She shows genuine interest in your wedding and is extremely knowledgeable. The young lady was also just perfect in assisting Helen. So sorry I can’t remember her name - but she was equally as involved and I really enjoyed having her there throughout the process. She is an asset to Helen & the shop. Thankyou so much both of you for helping me say yes to the dress. From somebody who experienced the “Wed2be” shop, I was flawed by the difference in service Helen offered. I can’t wait to see them again & have my dress fitted. Dress shopping is one of the best parts of preparing for your wedding and they made it perfect. X

Absolutely fantastic experience yesterday, found my dress after trying on different styles. The ladies were lovely and friendly. Everything was explained about costs of alterations and they ordered my dress. I can't wait to try it on again!

Unfortunately i can't remember the lovely ladies name but she was super helpful very efficient very friendly throughout our appointment. She wasn't pushy and was very honest which i prefer, she was very professional when coming into my changing room to help me into the dresses. She told us about maybe going down the bespoke pathway as I am struggling to find the right dress, she gave us lots of information on time frames for ordering or having a dress made. All round amazing experience will definitely recommend.

I was so nervous to be trying on wedding dresses and felt very self-conscious as I went into the store but within moments I felt very welcomed by Chrissy and Oce. They quickly made me feel comfortable trying on dresses and were reassuring about alterations which could be made to make me feel more confident.

Lovely dresses, very helpful and friendly. Listened to what I wanted and searched for other gowns to try as well as trying something different for a comparison. Nice relaxed shop with background music which helps.

Chrissie was really lovely and very helpful. I ended up finding two dresses I loved so now am struggling to decide! I was a bit overwhelmed on where to start when I walked in but she helped me find what I wanted. Good selection of dresses and I would be happy to recommend.

Excellent service nothing was a problem. Tried on quite a few dresses today as not sure would look good and there was no problem with that. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Thumbs up.

I saw Helen in Newark this morning for an initial appointment to see if she could work from a pattern I'd already chosen. I can't stress enough how warm, and helpful she was - I felt totally relaxed and completely understood in terms of style. She totally grasped the kind of look I was after - which is not traditional. There was another member of staff there too - whose name I missed. They were both generous with their time and expertise. I had a lot more fun than I'd anticipated!

Helen and the team we’re absolutley fabulous with me today. I went in not really liking the whole wedding style you see these days and worried I would look swamped in any dress I tried. Helen put me at ease and talked me through varying styles and managed to understand what it was I was after even though I didn’t know myself. Dream dress found!

Really listened to what will wanted (and didn't warnt!). Gave good advise on styling too. These ladies know their stuff!

Honestly can not rate enough stars for you ladies. From the minute I walked through the door I felt welcome. You helped me pick THE most PERFECT dress which I thought was going to be a very hard decision with me being so awkward. Nothing was to much trouble no matter how many dresses I tried and how many times I wanted to try them. Look forward to our next appointments already.

Had a lovely experience and nothing was too much, I came three times (once without an appointment!) and was greeted with a smile every time I found the perfect dress that I'm able to customise to make my own with a price point I'm happy with. Everyone is friendly and discreet with regards to sizing etc. I would recommend you to anyone getting married as you've made an experience I was really nervous of comfortable and fun so thank you.
