I had an amazing experience at Bliss Bridal in Hamburg, NY! This was my first time ever trying on wedding dresses and I was pretty nervous. Our helper Marlee was amazing and made me feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. Even with minimal guidance, I loved every single dress she picked out for me. I can not get over how perfect my VIP experience was at Bliss Bridal. My experience wsa above and beyong what I could have ever imagined! I was greeted with the cutest jean jacket with my soon to be new last name on it, flowers, champange, snacks, and presents! What a wonderful experience at Bliss bridal. I was able to get an appointment within a day's time and from the moment I walked through the door I knew I was in good hands. The showroom was beautiful, everything bright and sparkling and received wonderful attention from Jessie the owner. She let me tell her about my vision and we looked at a few dresses together and she also had some recommendations what she thought would work. The first dress was the one and she let me decide and was in no way trying to get me to pick a certain look or silhouette. It was like having a trusted friend with you to guide you through the process and I highly recommend Bliss. I walked away with my dress and then having the full understanding of what comes next with alterations and how that all works. From start to finish it was a wonderful time spent and so glad that I could get my dress here. Jessie is Hamburg based and so down to earth and you can tell that she genuinely cares about her business and giving the best to her bridal clients. Definitely consider Bliss as you will get personalized service from the wonderful staff at a beautiful place with every kind of gorgeous gown you could imagine. Doesn't get better than this.
