Excellent service. I enquired about a specific dress which you had in your lovely shop. I tried it on and it fitted perfectly. The lady who looked after me was so lovely very friendly and made me feel completely at ease.

Anneliese, was kind and caring from the start we stepped into the shop. She assisted my Mother who is 82 Years old with her knowledge of the stock. There was no hurray in trying the dresses on. Thank you and can’t wait for my appointment.

Look no further! The first bridal shop that I visited - beautiful store that feels like a very exclusive boutique with a warm and serene atmosphere! Huge variety of dresses on offer - something for everyone! Completely relaxing experience, not rushed at all, all staff completely engaged and celebrated with me! Anneliese was so knowledgable, listened to my feedback and found my dream dress (one that I would never have picked off the rail)! I looked at another shop as I had a pre-arranged appointment who did not even come close to the service standard so I headed straight back and made my purchase! The journey created here is unique where you come back to have an accessory appointment, which is wonderful as you can try lots of looks while wearing your dress (also, one less thing for me to worry about as I am completely clueless!) Thank you ladies and looking forward to returning when my dress is ready x

Olga was lovely! She was very patient with me. I'm very indecisive and this was my first time trying on wedding dresses and she was great at getting out all different sorts of dresses for me to try on. I didn't feel rushed. I was nervous to come but enjoyed every minute of it

I absolutely loved every second of my experience in Chameleon. I was slightly nervous before my appointment thinking this is a big deal I’m trying on wedding dresses and as soon as I walked through the doors I felt at ease when greeted by Olga and her beautiful gowns around her. I felt like a VIP every step of the way and she made me feel so comfortable. I took both mums (mother of bride and groom) and they loved every minute of the experience too. I didn't expect to on my very first dress appt but after trying on my 4 pre-selected gowns, the lovely lady helping me went and found my dream dress - I was so impressed! The shop is absolutely beautiful and an experience in itself. The lady helping knew when to give us a moment at all the right times and was so helpful. I wish I could come back and do it all again!!

Chameleon is the ultimate bridal experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with how private and personal my appointment was, so that I was not close to other brides. I really enjoyed pre selecting four dresses from the website as this was a great starting point for my appointment. All of the dresses were absolutely beautiful. I would recommended this shop to everyone!

Did not go in with the intentions of going for my first ever dress appointment....and walk away with the first dress I tried on, but was clearly fate! Beautiful shop, with lovely little areas you sit at. My mum, sister and I were in awe at the trying on area! Very well thought out. The lovely lady helping us (sorry forgot your name!) Was so helpful and gave me so many more dresses to try and and get a feel with on. It was a bit of a blur and I'm still in shock but I was made to feel so comfortable and like a princess. I cannot wait to come back and try my dress on again! Couldn't recommend chameleon enough!

I would highly recommend Anneliese and her team, they are so welcoming and their shop is stunning. I was really impressed with the booths they have for brides to try on dresses and it has a seating area for family and friends. Anneliese’s customer service is second to none and offered so many options to alter dress styles. I said yes to my dress all thanks to Anneliese’s help ?? I even got a little bottle of Prosecco which was a lovely touch.

I visited Chameleon for a mother of the bride outfit, the choice is vast and at no point did I feel rushed into making a decision. The changing facilities are spacious so I didn’t feel flustered trying on the outfits, and everything was COVID safe. First time visiting Chameleon Bride and as soon as I walked through the door is was amazing. The whole set up is so much better than previous bridal shops I have been to. I found a dress I liked online on a designers website, checked the stock list and found Chameleon Bride stocks this designer. Emailed the shop and the whole process was effortless. They were able to order the sample in and I said yes to the dress! Lovely dressing room area, large and roomy with seating area for guests. A lot larger and nicer than some other boutiques I have been to. Huge selection of bridal gowns and the staff were so friendly and bubbly it made the whole appointment a dream. I even got a free bottle of bubbly when the appointment had finished! Already counting down the days until I can return. 5 stars from me!

I had a lovely time trying on wedding dresses at chameleon. There were a good range of dresses to try on. I liked the fact that I had pre-selected 4 dresses prior to my appointment as this helped me narrow down my likes/dislikes. At the appointment the lady who looked after me was very attentive and lovely and she really listened to what style I was after. All dresses were steam cleaned after my fitting and I felt really comfortable with visiting the shop.

I had the best wedding dress shopping experience! The dresses were gorgeous and the girls were so helpful. It was as if they knew my taste in dresses better than I did! The shop is beautiful and they have a huge selection of dresses to choose from and try on. Highly, highly recommend.

I visited Chameleon Bride having come from Southampton for a particular dress that I’d seen online and fell in love with it. It was safe to say it was what I expected and more! Sophie is a credit to the shop and was so helpful, it was my first time trying wedding dresses and I was so nervous but was made to feel at ease. I ordered the dress I had my eye on from the very beginning and cannot wait to go back and wear it again when it arrives! It was a very special experience despite Covid restrictions and couldn’t recommend Chameleon enough. Can’t wait to come back for fitting!

I found my perfect dress at Chameleon, I was happy to see that they had the designers that I love stocked there! Olga helped me with my dresses, she was super helpful, and I felt very comfortable and able to be honest and ask as many questions as I needed to. I would have loved to have maybe even just one more person come with me to the shop as 2 was a struggle to choose who to bring! I understand the pandemic causes restrictions, but I would have loved to have been able to have others too!

I had the most wonderful experience in Chameleon. We booked a very last minute appointment as I was in the area visiting a friend, and so considering I didn't have any of the parents/bridal party with me, the plan was that I would go and try on some dresses to rule out styles/shapes/fits etc, and would have a more clear idea for the 'real' wedding dress appointment in London where my friends and family live. The 6th dress I put on was the one. I has previously picked out some dresses ahead of the appointment so that Mo had an idea of what I wanted. Everything I chose felt wrong, but based on my very limited feedback, Mo (the absolute magician) pulled two dresses. Both were very different to my choices, and the second one was the one. I had such a great experience, not only from the incredible staff, but also the range of dresses and the interior of the shop itself just felt very glamorous and feminine, and really helped me get into the ~bridal mood~. Though Covid has been a nightmare in navigating wedding planning, the only differences I felt were wearing a mask (which is very normal now) and I was given a small bottle of champagne when leaving, rather than a glass while trying things on. I was also told how to put the dresses on myself, as it's safer that no-one is in the changing room with me, which I didn't mind at all. I'd happily recommend Chameleon to anyone, and it was an experience I'm really glad I had.

The experience at Chameleon was first class I was so nervous and I didn’t ever think I would find my dress but Sophie gave me plenty of options and opportunities to try others on and was very understanding when I suggested things I wanted to change and helped me to achieve my perfect dress. I visited Chameleon with a view to trying on various styles of wedding dresses. I was able to choose 4 dresses beforehand from the website which were ready when I arrived. There is a large selection of dresses and even if they are not in the right size; the dress can be clipped and panelled to give an idea of what it will look like. The shop is clean and so pretty. The staff are friendly, professional and they were able to give advice and answer all of my questions. I truly felt like a princess. I am still undecided with my dress choice and so I will be visiting Chameleon again soon. I can’t wait.

You had an amazing collection of dresses. The boutique opened up and went on for ages. The lady that looked after me, Im sure her name was Sophie, did a great job and really knew all the dresses. If there was a detail or style I preferred or wanted to tweak she knew which dress to pull next. She also was happy to go between dresses when I couldn't decide which I preferred. I appreciated her confidence and her experience. I have however gone back to a dress which I had already tried on else where but it was really close. I would highly recommend and my mum will be returning for a mother of the bride appointment.

I highly recommend Chameleon. It was so worth getting up at 3am to travel there. I had a lovely lady called Sophie she is amazing. She's very attentive and listened to exactly what I wanted and actually found me my dream dress. Even with the pandemic and everything me and my mum had the best time and felt very safe. I booked my appointment online to view/try on dresses in the sample sale. I wasn’t really expecting to find ‘the’ dress that day. It was the first shop I’d been to. I turned up on my own having booked the appointment last minute but needn’t have worried as I had such a lovely welcome from Sophie. Suffice to say I found my dream dress. Second dress I tried on. We both agreed it was the perfect dress for me! Even better that it was in the sale. So very happy with the way it all went. Thank you Chameleon!
