What a beautiful experience. From making an appointment to finding the perfect dress, the ladies were just so kind, friendly and supportive. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease. There was absolutely no sense of being rushed either. It felt personal and I had a lovely fun time. Would highly recommend this bridal store as a place to visit if you’re searching for the perfect dress.

As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed and made to feel so comfortable. I felt completely listened to and every dress that was suggested was beautiful and fit the criteria I had given. When I tried on each dress I was given alternative options I may not have considered such as sleeves, extra skirts etc that transformed the dresses to show all variations. I can't thank you enough for your support in finding my wedding dress and providing such a comfortable, personal yet experience. An amazing memory in the lead up to the big day.

Absolutely lovely ladies I arrived early but was seen to immediately and was helped to find my dream wedding dress id already been to 3 other shops with no success so drove over an hour to come here and it was 100% worth the trip very friendly lovely ladies and an amazing beautiful selection of dresses highly recommend thankyou so much ladies 💕🥂💒💒👰

Wow what an amazing experience, walked in without an idea in my head and within seconds they had my dress, they chose a few for me to try on which were all beautiful but it was the first one I fell in love with.

I did not think I would find my wedding dress so quickly. They were really nice, professional, and most importantly patient. I went in, not really knowing what I wanted, and they narrowed it down by shape, neckline, style and pattern until I found the perfect dress.

Fabulous service and super friendly staff. Helen was wonderful. I felt like I was in well experienced hands the whole time and she definitely made sure I found the dress that was right for me.

I had an excellent experience at the shop on Friday and really enjoyed myself, I felt like I was able to try any of the dresses on and everyone was super patient. Great to be able to try veils as well as bouquets with the dresses also.

Hi it was a lovely experience and the lady knew exactly what I wanted and made it possible. The staff are very polite and made you feel comfortable. I am a big girl and wasn't sure I'd find my dream dress, especially after not finding it in another shop. I was worried it may not be possible, but at brides visited they not only got my dream dress spot on, I looked incredible and actually quite slim. I also am a size K in my chest area and have always had to wear a bra, which would of spoiled the look, but actually with these dresses I was amazed I didn't have too. The only extra thing that would of made it even better was if my appointment slot was slightly longer. But you can understand why as it's a popular place which was evident while I was there, being a private person and a little anxious I really enjoyed being the first customer of the day.

Loved the whole experience, I'm not a girl who does dresses and thought it would be difficult to find one, but the whole atmosphere was great, lovely ladies who clearly love their jobs and are happy and welcoming! I had 5 viewers which I contacted you about prior to my appointment and you accommodated for them perfectly, it was great that nobody was left out. You helped add my coloured ribbon so I knew what the finished dress would look like and even found bridesmaids dresses that match perfectly! Made the whole day much more fun and a lot easier than I thought I would be. Thank you so much!

I had such an amazing experience here the lady in the shop who helped find my wedding dress was very welcoming and friendly to us and as soon as we arrived, helped my mother who was in a wheelchair into the shop and onto her seat and made sure she felt comfortable too The wedding dress trial, she made me feel confident in every dress I tried on and explained different details about all of the dresses and what I could change if I wanted to I would definitely recommend the shop for anybody who has an upcoming wedding and is looking for the perfect dress

Had an amazing experience trying on wedding dresses this afternoon. Each dress that was picked out for me to try was perfect and beautiful, but it was the 2nd dress that I tried on that I said yes too. Highly recommend Brides Visited, all the staff were friendly and gave great advise. My niece had the best time and even went home anyone set up her own dress shop.

I said yes to the dress… Tracy was amazing. She was so patient while I tried to work out what I loved and didn’t love about each dress - and was eventually able to take all that feedback and pull out an absolute show stopper that I adore. The range of dresses is amazing, and it’s also the best experience I’ve had in terms of having the dresses ‘fitted’ onto me. Would definitely recommend.

I went in today to try some dresses, I didn’t expect to come out with my dress but I did! The staff are lovely and so helpful, they really take into consideration all the things you like and don’t like. I was given honest opinions on which dresses suited me and which didn’t. Every dress that was chosen for me was absolutely stunning. They take their time and don’t rush you in and out either. Very happy I came here and said yes to my dress! I couldn’t recommend this shop enough. Parking is just across the road. And with over 200 dresses you have plenty of choice in a range of styles.

I received a warm welcome when I arrived and Tracy was well prepared with a selection of dresses following my feedback from the questionnaire I had filled in prior to my visit. It was amazing as I ended up buying a beautiful dress (in my opinion) and it was the first dress that Tracy had chosen for me. I came to brides visited for my first ever trying on of wedding dresses. I’m not a dressy person, and I don’t enjoy trying on clothes at the best of times, but the lady looking after me was incredible. She listened to what I liked and didn’t like and came out with some amazing dresses that I felt amazing in! I’m sorry I can’t remember the ladies name, but she was brilliant. The whole team were !
