I had the loveliest experience at Brides Visited last weekend. It was exactly what I had always hoped for at a bridal dress store. Incredibly friendly service and I was made to feel so comfortable. My preferences were listened to but I was also encouraged to try on a range of styles and share what I liked about each one. And I ended up finding the One! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Had an amazing experience trying on wedding dresses this afternoon. Each dress that was picked out for me to try was perfect and beautiful, but it was the 2nd dress that I tried on that I said yes too. Highly recommend Brides Visited, all the staff were friendly and gave great advise. My niece had the best time and even went home anyone set up her own dress shop.

I said yes to the dress… Tracy was amazing. She was so patient while I tried to work out what I loved and didn’t love about each dress - and was eventually able to take all that feedback and pull out an absolute show stopper that I adore. The range of dresses is amazing, and it’s also the best experience I’ve had in terms of having the dresses ‘fitted’ onto me. Would definitely recommend.

My bridal appointment at Brides Visited was so helpful - they have an amazing selection to try and are very knowledgeable - and the cake topper was that they made me feel a million dollars!

Tracy reviewed my completed questionnaire and comments and came up with a selection of dresses all within the outlined brief of what I had asked for taking my budget into consideration. Tracy has a great attention to detail and made me feel extremely comfortable whilst I was there. I purchased the first one that I tried on as it was spot on and what I was looking for, quite simple, with great material and enough interest to make me feel special and confident . I went in today to try some dresses, I didn’t expect to come out with my dress but I did! The staff are lovely and so helpful, they really take into consideration all the things you like and don’t like. I was given honest opinions on which dresses suited me and which didn’t. Every dress that was chosen for me was absolutely stunning. They take their time and don’t rush you in and out either. Very happy I came here and said yes to my dress! I couldn’t recommend this shop enough. Parking is just across the road. And with over 200 dresses you have plenty of choice in a range of styles.

I received a warm welcome when I arrived and Tracy was well prepared with a selection of dresses following my feedback from the questionnaire I had filled in prior to my visit. It was amazing as I ended up buying a beautiful dress (in my opinion) and it was the first dress that Tracy had chosen for me. It was a lovely experience I am booked in for a fitting in a few weeks so very happy. Would definitely recommend a visit to Brides Visited.

I loved how we were the only ones in the bridal studio so I didn’t feel self conscious or rushed at all and everyone was so patient when I kept going back and forth between two dresses until I decided on the one for me. We tried several more on but without a doubt she listened to what I was after and pulled out the perfect dress for me. I came to brides visited for my first ever trying on of wedding dresses. I’m not a dressy person, and I don’t enjoy trying on clothes at the best of times, but the lady looking after me was incredible. She listened to what I liked and didn’t like and came out with some amazing dresses that I felt amazing in! I’m sorry I can’t remember the ladies name, but she was brilliant. The whole team were ! I decided to go on my own to choose my wedding dress as I feel otherwise ii would be trying to please other peoples tastes rather than my own, the added bonas of doing this Is not only do the guess get a surprise the wedding party do too!! I was a bit worried about choosing a wedding dress as it is so important but Tracy made me feel relaxed and she immediately “got” me. The dress I chose was her suggestion and I am so pleased as it looks and feels wonderful.

I went to the Epsom Downs Racecourse Wedding Show - Sunday 15th January 2023 and saw the catwalk of bridal gowns, after I went to try on some dresses from Brides Visited and feel in love with THE FIRST DRESS - I couldn’t believe it either, the team really know what will suit the bride straight away. I visited the shop today (28/01/23) to try on a few more but the first dress was the one! We bought the dress and a veil. I can’t thank the team enough, they have been amazing through the entire process and helping make sure the dress was perfect in every way. Lorraine was amazing with making sure my opinions and desires for the dress were heard and checking that I love the dress. I didn’t imagine wearing a veil at first but they paired the veil so well and I’m over the moon with my dress and veil, all within budget too!
