MAGICAL! I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect but they exceeded everything! It was so nice to be able to go in and already have options pulled for me, help getting into everything, Kelli individually helping me with all the details ,and receiving honest feedback vs a scripted sales person vibe. Kelli literally had a solution for everything I threw at her! My mother and grandmother went with me and they made them feel just as included and special. I am not sure what I was expecting but I was blown away. These ladies were very attentive. They provided great feedback and most importantly listen to my feedback so that the style fit my personality and literal fit. Someone did a quick fix of my hair to get the full feeling. They added a veil, and just like that a dress, veil, and hairstyle picked in one visit. It wasn't stressful, no pressure. It was a pleasant experience, is it supposed to be like that? I love the guarantee that if my ordered dress doesn't make it in time due to worldly issues, there is no stress because they are holding the dress I tried on until mine arrives. We had bought a different dress somewhere else months ago and it needed altering and the alteration was done so badly it was unrepairable. We had one week to find a new dress and Lace Bridal saved the day. We absolutely found the most perfect dress and the wedding is one week away!
