Ivory room was my first bridal experience and I am happy to say it was my last one too. I went in thinking I wouldn’t be the kind of bride to try on a dress and know it was the one, but I did and I couldn’t be happier. Carolyn made me feel so special and exactly like a bride from the first dress I put on and it was so fun working with her. I felt like she was just as excited as I was when we found the dress and she was up front with all costs and timeline which I appreciated so much. I would highly recommend Ivory room to any bride who wants to find a beautiful dress and have a wonderful and fun time all to themselves and their group!

The veil and bouquet added to your favorite gowns at the end really brought the look alive and took it to a whole different level. I can't wait to go back for a second look!

Ivory Room and Carrolyn are by the far best bridal shop in Northeast Ohio. The bridal shop is absolutely beautiful with incredible lighting and great aesthetic. Their dress inventory provides incredible options for all styles and designers. Her prices are extremely competitive with other bridal shops. I had a fairly large budget for my dress and was looking for something on the higher end for my timeless, classy, old money wedding. I visited 7 other bridal shops, including many in Cleveland, and Carrolyn was by far the best bridal stylist. She was very positive, organized and knew what she was talking about. She is genuine and just wanting to help you find the perfect dress. She is not pushy and does put pressure on you to buy a dress which was greatly appreciate. I cannot recommend Carrolyn and Ivory Room enough. THE. BEST.

Working with Carrolyn and Ivory Room was simply a dream! Every moment of the appointment, I felt so special and Carrolyn's whole focus was on me and what I was looking for. She showed that she also loved interacting with my family and helped all of us to have an amazing time during the appointment. Once I'd said yes, the photo ops, non-alcoholic bubbly, and social media fun was just the cherry on top of an amazing appointment.
