Jill was FANTASTIC! This was my first dress appointment and I was very anxious and unsure of my specific vision for my wedding dress. Jill was able to nail down my style in just the 1.5 hours we had together and I left with two dresses I fell in love with. She was super professional and really listened to what I was saying. I went to 3 different stores that day, with Ultimate Bride being the last. My stylist was honestly THE best. She was pulling unique dresses that actually made my party in awe! She fit the dresses the best on me to really provide the vision! Emile was also just a very nice person. I was nervous all day but she calmed me down and made me feel so comfortable.

I didn't have to sift through racks or hastily rush around the store trying to grab dresses before others could— everything was curated just for me. Considering all of the emotions that go on during these appointments, I'm really glad I had Jillian during this process. After trying on a few gowns, I explained what I loved about each, and Jillian immediately pulled a dress that embodied everything I wanted. It was as if she was reading my mind. The entire experience felt effortless and enjoyable, and I’m incredibly grateful for her help.

I had the most wonderful experience with Emilia Jancek. She was kind, thoughtful, patient, and very helpful. I visited four bridal boutiques in Chicago and Ultimate Bride was my favorite because of Emilia. I came in a second time alone to try on my dream dress one more time before I purchased it and Emilia made me feel extremely comfortable.

I had such a wonderful experience. I cannot thank and praise Brandy enough for her kindness and expertise. After showing her pictures of dresses I’ve tried and talking about what I feel like had been missing from them, Brandy pulled so many beautiful dresses that fit the criteria. When she pulled the gown I eventually ended loved, I had known the second I saw it. Brandy was able to decipher what it had been that I had been wanting, even when I was not 100% sure of it myself. As a Plus Size person going into a Bridal Store that has mostly smaller sizes and full of beautiful thin women it is pretty intimidating but Amanda made my dreams come true. Excellent experience. Greeted upon arrival by receptionist who took coats and warmly welcomed by consultant. Tried several dresses and narrowed in on one I loved. Amanda knows her stock well and always offers to look up pricing, color variety, designer’s timing, etc. She also offered a discount as incentive to buy. I left satisfied and thinking very strongly about one particular dress.

Amanda was phenomenal - we had gone to several bridal boutiques that day, but she pulled the only gown that made me cry when I tried it on. It was a special moment, and we are excited to go back with our broader group and finalize the decision!
