I went to 3 different stores that day, with Ultimate Bride being the last. My stylist was honestly THE best. She was pulling unique dresses that actually made my party in awe! She fit the dresses the best on me to really provide the vision! Emile was also just a very nice person. I was nervous all day but she calmed me down and made me feel so comfortable.

I had the best experience here! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted and offered refreshments, making me feel comfortable right away. The store has a beautiful, inviting atmosphere that feels calm rather than overwhelming. What truly sets this place apart is the quality of their dresses, the dress selection process and the care taken by the staff. Jillian Totaro made my appointment exceptional. With just an hour, she took the time to connect with me personally, understanding my personality, style, and specific wishes. She clearly explained the process and thoughtfully selected dresses based on our conversation. Every dress she picked felt like a genuine option, which took so much stress off my shoulders. I didn't have to sift through racks or hastily rush around the store trying to grab dresses before others could— everything was curated just for me. Considering all of the emotions that go on during these appointments, I'm really glad I had Jillian during this process. After trying on a few gowns, I explained what I loved about each, and Jillian immediately pulled a dress that embodied everything I wanted. It was as if she was reading my mind. The entire experience felt effortless and enjoyable, and I’m incredibly grateful for her help.

I had the most wonderful experience with Emilia Jancek. She was kind, thoughtful, patient, and very helpful. I visited four bridal boutiques in Chicago and Ultimate Bride was my favorite because of Emilia. I came in a second time alone to try on my dream dress one more time before I purchased it and Emilia made me feel extremely comfortable.

I had such a wonderful experience. I cannot thank and praise Brandy enough for her kindness and expertise. After showing her pictures of dresses I’ve tried and talking about what I feel like had been missing from them, Brandy pulled so many beautiful dresses that fit the criteria. When she pulled the gown I eventually ended loved, I had known the second I saw it. Brandy was able to decipher what it had been that I had been wanting, even when I was not 100% sure of it myself. All the dresses at Ultimate Bridal are top tier, and I’m so thankful that Brandy helped me find an amazing gown that feels true to myself and my style!

As a Plus Size person going into a Bridal Store that has mostly smaller sizes and full of beautiful thin women it is pretty intimidating but Amanda made my dreams come true. We had the best experience at ultimate bride. Jillian was so wonderful came in early one day to fit me in. She was very knowledgeable and gave me great pointers as I wasn’t sure what I wanted as my wedding dress. We ended up buying a dress after our second visit and cannot be happier!

I last minute decide to go to my first trunk show to kick off my wedding dress search. I made the risky decision to go alone because I am new to Chicago and my friends and family live out of town. regardless, it couldn’t have been a better experience. Emilie was so professional and completely understood what I was looking for. I can’t wait to come back with my crew to hopefully choose a dress. Can’t recommend enough! The store is gorgeous and in a beautiful location.

Excellent experience. Greeted upon arrival by receptionist who took coats and warmly welcomed by consultant. Tried several dresses and narrowed in on one I loved. Amanda knows her stock well and always offers to look up pricing, color variety, designer’s timing, etc. She also offered a discount as incentive to buy. I left satisfied and thinking very strongly about one particular dress.

Amanda was phenomenal - we had gone to several bridal boutiques that day, but she pulled the only gown that made me cry when I tried it on. It was a special moment, and we are excited to go back with our broader group and finalize the decision!

Working with Jill was phenomenal. Every single dress she brought out was a 10/10. Jill made me feel so comfortable and clearly really listened to what I was (and even what I wasn’t saying). She was warm, thoughtful, an excellent communicator, and found me the most gorgeous dress! The dresses I tried on were all incredible and it was agonizing to choose just one… but what a great problem to have! When it came down to it I appreciated her honesty about the customizations and loved how she had my back after sharing I have a *opinionated* mother who can sometimes make the experience overwhelming. She continually checked in with me, and is continuing to work with me to see if we can find my dream dress since the customization did not work out.

It was a great experience! Beautiful gowns, loved that the stylists pulled accessories to help complete the look. It’s not as private as some bridal appointments I’ve been to, but that was okay with me. It was fun to see other brides try their dresses on too.

Dress shopping at ultimate bride was such a high quality and fun experience. Amanda was so kind, respectful of budget, and full of great ideas. The dresses are all so beautiful and high quality- we went during the Monique Lhuillier trunk show and we’re obsessed. At ultimate bride I felt confident I was getting expert service and high quality, all within my budget and taste.

I have had an amazing experience with Ultimate Bride so far! Jill has been the absolute best from the first appointment (where I went in never having tried a wedding dress on) through me purchasing my dress today. She is also highly responsive and has gone out of her way to squeeze me in multiple times to accommodate my schedule.
