I had so much fun going through your selection and felt absolutly beautiful throughout. Your shop was incredibly welcoming from the moment we walked in. Hi, I recently had the privilege to try out this salon and all I can say is that I’m shocked. A girl named Tiffany should honestly get a raise. She did such an amazing job, she saw what type of dresses I was into and picked out dresses right and left for me and for my budget. She hustled, every dress took less than a minute to put on. In other words service was excellent! And I ended up leaving with 2 option that I’m in love with, and one soon to become a choice. I highly recommend this salon.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Tiffany at Crown Bridal last night! I am still glowing from how much fun I had and how happy I am with the dress I found. From the minute I walked in, Tiffany made me feel at ease, excited, and supported. As a queer woman navigating the wedding world, it can sometimes be nerve wracking to know how you will be received, but I felt comfortable and welcome and like I could just be myself. I walked in having tried on a lot of dresses already and with a pretty specific picture in mind of what I wanted, which can make the salesperson’s job hard! But Tiffany didn’t make me feel high-maintenance or too picky or anything. She was really respectful of working within the budget I’d set and didn’t try to talk me into anything I wasn’t sure about. I ended up stuck between two amazing dresses, and once again Tiffany was so helpful with laying out some of the pros and cons of each. Even though we were way over the time allotted, she didn’t make me feel bad about trying them both on again so I could be really sure I was making the right choice. I would absolutely recommend Crown Bridal in Vancouver to friends and I’m excited to come back to shop for accessories and see the new, larger location!

The staff of this bridal shop are so so sweet, funny, and they listen to you the entire appointment. I’ve never felt this comfortable shopping for ANYTHING, but they helped me find my dream dress!! The owner was in the shop that day as well and she popped in and dispensed advice and opinions which was super helpful and the dress she picked ended up being the dress I got!! 12/10 recommend Crown Bridal for your wedding dress shopping experience. Both ladies I worked with were so real and down to earth, didn’t shoot me any garbage to just get me to like a dress. Abbie was great! I'm a bridesmaid that lives away from the bride so it was only me. She was really helpful and made the experience really nice. I'm a plus sized person and sometimes get nervous with people helping me with clothes, but she made it feel comfortable and no judgement.

Crown bridal was truly a magical experience for me. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had! Not only was the shop stunning as soon as you walk in, the dress selection was so diverse and beautiful I was blown away. My bridal assistant was Tiffany. She was so absolutely sweet and patient with me bringing me dress after dress to fit my vision and budget. She greeted me and my party with very warm and kind energy, and also offered us champagne. The owner Kynda was also so incredibly helpful and she really knew her craft. Between the two of them, I had such a positive, fun experience and I definitely found the perfect dress for me. Absolutely loved my experience at Crown! My bridal consultant was amazing. I love all the help I received and how my family/friends got to walk around and pick dresses as well (not all stores let us do that). We received refills of the champagne and just had such a fun time in general. Saying yes to my dress was so seamless and my experience was everything I hoped for.

I had the absolute best experience at crown bridal. I felt so understood and was thankful to be urged to try a style that I didn’t think I would like. She worked so hard to make sure I was 100% happy with everything and provides me with many options! It was wonderful.

I had the most amazing experience here! Tiffany went above and beyond to help me find the perfect wedding dress. She made sure I had the opportunity to see myself in dresses with different silhouettes so I could feel confident in the style I chose as well as gave me plenty of time to look through the store and try on all the dresses I was interested in. This was the only salon I was able to do this at and it really made me feel at ease that there wasn’t a dress I would have liked better! When I came back to try my on favorites for the second time she called and asked if I would like to extend my time slot so I wouldn’t feel rushed. Not only do they have a beautiful selection of dresses, they also have fantastic service!

I had the BEST experience at Crown Bridal. This was my first time trying on wedding dresses and I went in thinking I would just look around and try a few dresses to get a feel for it. Tiffany was awesome and went above and beyond to make the day so special. We were promptly greeted with smiles and champagne for the whole group! She let me go through the store and pick out dresses on my own, and picked several herself. She had me try on multiple different styles, never once making me feel rushed, and quickly honed in one what I liked/disliked. You can just tell these ladies love what they do! I ended up falling in love with one of her picks and saying yes to the dress! I would hands down recommend this shop to any bride-to-be!!
