Absolutely loved my experience at Heart to Heart! I worked with Taylor and right from the start she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She walked me through what to expect at the appointment and really listened to what I liked/didn’t like with each dress. She helped guide some of the feedback with specific questions about various parts of each dress to help me find the perfect dress for me. Although the dress was not initially what I had pictured I would wear, it’s perfect in every way and I can’t see myself in anything else. I really appreciate all her help and support!

Had a very enjoyable experience searching for a Mother of the Groom dress today! Must’ve tried on 20 dresses but did so quickly, building on what worked well and staying open to try many styles. I had a great experience at Heart to Heart. I went to Two Hearts Bridal first, but I didn’t find the one. I scheduled my next appointment with a slightly better idea about what I wanted. The owner, Sarah, was wonderful about responding to my questions and helping to ease my anxiety. My zoom call was great and the stylist was helpful and made me feel prepared for the appointment. My stylist at the appointment, Courtney, was amazing. She has been working at Heart to Heart for 7 years and she was able to help me understand what I did and didn’t like about a dress. She was able to pick up on small things that I liked and found a perfect dress for me. She made the entire experience really fun and easy. She was so kind and helpful when I was trying to describe what I was thinking while trying on dresses. I needed someone who could help me work through my thoughts during the appointment

I didn't know what I wanted exactly but Jo was so helpful. Choose several options for me to try on. As the mom of the groom she understood I didn't need anything flashy. She was great company for my husband. It was a great experience

The two women in the fitting rooms were more than happy to help me find the most suitable and form fitting outfit for my body type. I had a wonderful experience there.

Zoe made the process so fun, easy, and enjoyable from the zoom consultation to the dresses ready for me and then to the dress I said YES to! I had the best experience at heart to heart!!! This was my first time trying on wedding dresses and Emily absolutely nailed it, every single dress she pulled I loved. She was knowledgeable and never made me feel pressured! She asked all the best questions to help decipher which dresses I loved and liked. If you’re a new bride trying to decide where to go, look no further. Heart to heart is seriously the best.

Taylor was an absolute dream to have as my attendant. I felt so listened to and supported as she was able to tweak my feedback until we found the perfect dress. The entire experience was so seamless and organized - from having a zoom call ahead to talk out what I was looking for and have dresses waiting for me that matched my vision. I felt I had ample time to try what I needed to without being too little or too many gowns. The champagne and charcuterie after made it feel like such an experience to celebrate with my friends. The experience was so positive and welcoming, I couldn’t have asked for a better day!

Emily was great to work with! She listened to my feedback on each dress and helped navigate my likes and dislikes. I didn’t feel pressured to “say yes” if I didn’t find *the one*. She made me feel super comfortable throughout the entire process. My group enjoyed the charcuterie and champagne after my appointment and not to mention, the space is gorgeous!

Excellent experience. I was feeling a little stressed because the dress I ordered on line didn't fit and I needed a dress for my daughter's Dec. 7 wedding. I knew I was out of time. Rhonda put me immediately at ease and selected several dresses off the rack that matched what I was looking for and fit comfortably. Within an hour I walked out with a beautiful dress for the wedding feeling very happy and relieved. Rhonda was very reassuring and clearly knows her inventory. I can not express how simple and seamless my dress shopping experience was at Heart to Heart. I had a lot of anxiety about dress shopping but my stylist Taylor had it covered. She picked out dresses based on the feedback I provided and even found some curve balls I was pleasantly surprised with. If I didn’t like I dress, she was adamant that I don’t stay in it any longer and put me into something more comfortable. I tried on 16 dresses overall and can happily say the 8 or 9th was the one. Heart to Heart truly is a shop that listens to the bride and will deliver on what they want. I cannot be happier with the process!

Through word of mouth and being a maid of honor in a wedding where the bride got her dress at the old store Heart to Heart came highly recommended. After not knowing what exactly I wanted - Shelby was phenomenal in all ways. I tried about a dozen on all different in ways that were super helpful and providing a lot of options. Being super anxious going into the appointment of not knowing if I’d be able to find one the first time trying she flawlessly picked. With 5 other people she focused on me and my feelings the entire time. She made the entire day and appointment and was so happy walking out of the store with my perfect dress. Could not recommend her and the store more.
