This is my second daughter to be a Heart to Heart bride! Couldn't have asked for a better experience and service!! Madison listened to my daughter's questions and comments and worked to find the perfect dress for HER!! I was impressed with how focused she was on my daughter what her thoughts/wishes were! Such a pleasant experience! This place knocks it out of the park when it comes to making this one of the most important decisions in the wedding planning process! At the end of my daughters' dress appt, we asked about a mother's dress that I had seen online. She asked if we wanted to see it, went and got it and then asked if I'd like to try it on quickly. I ended up buying my dress as well!!! Just perfect all the way around!!

I absolutely could not rave about my experience with Heart to Heart Bride enough. My consultant Madison was amazing. She pulled so many perfect dresses for me that I almost had a hard time choosing. Prior to that experience I had went to a big box bridal store, it was very blase and unpersonal, to be honest I didnt like a single dress i tried on, and the quality was mediocre at best. But more than anything the experience as a whole was uncomfortable and underwhelming. I knew the second that Heart to Heart called to confirm my appointment just by speaking to them on phone that this was the place I was buying wedding dress from. I could not be happier with the time I spent there, or the completely stunning, unique dress Madison chose for me. Her expertise paid off tremendously. I cannot imagine a single person leaving this establishment unhappy. Thank you, Heart to Heart Bride!!!

Heart to Heart Bride is a BEAUTIFUL facility with an extraordinary selection of bridal gowns AND gowns for Mothers of the Bride/Groom! I had a wonderful experience with Rhonda and highly recommend working with her, although everyone was very professional, helpful and pleasant! There is not another place like it! By far the best experience, 10/10! As a second time bride and newly postpartum with my 5th child, I was extremely anxious going into this appointment thinking I wouldn’t find anything and had zero idea what style I wanted but knew I wanted lace and sparkle! I arrived for my appointment already worked up as part of my party was either running late and my mother unable to attend due to a medical emergency. The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel as though nothing else mattered. They had multiple styles preselected all of which had lace and sparkle. I was able to find my dream dress and can’t wait to wear it down the aisle.

This was an amazing experience! I had Madison as my stylist and had a great time! She was knowledgeable and friendly and the atmosphere was great. I’m so glad I found my dress at Heart to Heart! I would recommend it to anyone!

What a wonderful and fruitful experience we had with Madison to help me find along with my daughter of course, a Mother-of-the-Bride dress that makes me feel beautiful, elegant, current, and still myself - just my very best self! And all withing my stated modest budget! Madison was so very helpful in finding just the right color and style that was flattering, giving her knowledge regarding what the options were for each dress, and being in tune with me - listening to what I was saying and knowing when I was not quite on the right path. I would highly recommend this shop and any of the other staff if they are anything like Maddy! I am very happy with my final decision and relieved that that is one more thing off the to-do list!

Walking into my appointment I was very discouraged and even a bit defeated…my previous dress appointments did not go well, and honestly I thought this part of wedding planning would be the most fun for me, and it wasn’t so far. Rachel was the consultant I worked with the day I came to the shop (Webster location), and she changed everything for me. I felt like she was listening to me and really understood what I was looking for. I struggled to articulate at times what certain dresses were missing or what I was envisioning, and she just got it. On top of that, she just made me feel so comfortable. I felt like I was shopping with my friend…she just really went the extra mile in my opinion to connect with me in a way that made me feel like I was going to find my dress that day and she was going to make it her mission. I trusted her, and she made it happen! This appointment was everything and more for me when I really needed it. I can’t say how much I appreciate Rachel for making me feel like the most beautiful person and for helping me find my dream dress. She is incredible. I cried thanking her because she really did do so much for me that day. Everyone at Heart to Heart was amazing. My time there from when I booked to even after I left has been so amazing. I highly recommend Rachel and Heart to Heart.

Shelby was so fabulous while I was looking for my dresses. She had four dresses lined up, two of which I already had on my Pinterest without having to show her! Having the consultation before I think really cut out a lot of the guess work that I’ve gone through at some other bridal shops. Shelby really understood the assignment and the second round of dresses she brought out had the dress I ultimately said yes to! The space is beautiful and feels very special and private too. Loved my experience here.
