I absolutely love Brooke’s Bridal and Ball. I had my second visit there today, and both times, Madalyn was the one who assisted me. Madalyn is warm, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was able to pick out dresses that I wanted to try on, and Madalyn, who knew my style preference was also able to select some beautiful gowns. Each time I tried one on, Madalyn was there to assist with fitting the dress and helping me to look at each one. She also was helpful by taking much needed pictures that I could look at and reference later. The boutique is a beautiful and perfect place to try on wedding gowns. There is plenty of space and I never felt rushed. In addition, I never felt that Madalyn or any of the sales ladies were being pushy, nor did I feel pressured to buy a dress immediately or at all. I felt I could try on as many gowns as I wanted and had the chance to really focus on each one. Madalyn was able to tell me details about the style of the dress, train, accessories and was wonderful about sharing her opinions with me about what she thought about each gown and how I looked in them. It is clear that Madalyn and the other sales ladies have the goal to make women feel happy and comfortable. They are all friendly and unlike other boutiques I’ve gone to, I never felt ignored or pushed to buy. I did find a couple of beautiful dresses at Brooke’s and I am currently deciding which one, as I truly believe Brooke’s is the place to buy my wedding dress for my June wedding.

I have to be honest, I did not go into the appointment thinking I would find the perfect dress. This was my first ever bridal appointment and I was determined to make sure I tried on enough dresses for other places to come to a decision. Turns out, when Madalyn pulled out Lauren, I could tell it needed to be tried on, if not to figure out whether I wanted more or less glitz after all. My whole experience was fantastic, from the greeting to helping me in and out of dresses multiple times. Staff was warm, friendly and all around encouraging about making sure I got what I wanted. I absolutely love my dress and cannot wait to tell everyone where I got it!

I had the absolute best possible experience at Brooke's. Their customer service and gown selection was far greater than any other boutique I visited. I started the process of looking for a gown feeling a bit nervous and overwhelmed. Brooke was so kind, positive, knowledgeable, and professional during my appointments. She gave me so much peace of mind, which really allowed me to enjoy the process!

I booked an appointment here not expecting to find a dress and more just for the experience. I had planned to order an inexpensive dress online and go from there. The person I spoke to on the phone was so helpful. She let me know what dress was available and let me look it up online to make sure I liked it. She saved the dress until I could come try it on. The most amazing experience-EVER. Brooke’s bridal was the first place I had gone to try on wedding dresses, and I expected not to find anything. Boy-was I wrong! From the moment walking in the door, you feel like you are in the best hands. My stylist listened to what I wanted, picked amazing options, and had plenty of information about each and every dress. After trying on several dresses, I said yes to the very first dress. I could not have asked for a better experience. Brooke’s bridal exceeded every expectation I had.

Loved the place! Came looking for a dress for a bridal photoshoot and had only one month to get the dress I needed. No matter how big or small your budget is they have something and they make sure you feel welcomed and valued. Amanda went above and beyond to help me and make sure I would find a dress that fits all my needs. Definitely will be going back to get the actual wedding dress.

Amanda and the whole BB&B team did a great job making me feel special and a priority during my appointment. I said YES to the dress at Brookes Bridal and Ball!! This was my 3rd boutique and the experience was truly amazing. First of all, Brooke allowed me and my crew to bring champs (we love drinking champs and looking at dresses, it just sets the mood am I right ladies?), so I appreciated that accommodation. The welcoming from the team was warm and positive. My consultant, Dane Marie, was receptive, kind, and professional. The big plus was that she repected my budget, and if a dress we pulled was over my budget, she was honest about it. Their selection of dresses was just right, not too many and not too limited. The place is very clean and upscale too!! After I purchased my dress, they still answered our lingering questions and let us stay a bit to finish our beverages and take in the moment. Thank you again to this team for everything and I cannot wait to see my dress again!!
