My stylist Lauren did such a good job! She let me pull any of the dresses out front that I loved. She respected my budget and the shape and style I was looking for. The girls at the front were all so sweet and friendly! My overall experience at Renee Austin was amazing! Their dresses are absolutely stunning.

The atmosphere of the store was so welcoming and we felt so comfortable being there. Mia was the sweetest and most caring human ever and I loved having her guidance through the process. I started my dress journey at Renee Austin. They were so excited and responsive to where I was at in my journey, it was a wonderful experience! Mia helped me try on a variety of dresses and learn the terms to name what pieces of the dress I liked. She did a wonderful job clipping me into dresses of all sizes so I could picture what I would really look like on the day of my wedding. She was also so kind, giving me compliments on what parts of the dress really made me look beautiful. The experience soothed my anxiety and got me excited for the process!

Renee Austin is the absolute best bridal shop in Grand Rapids. I would highly recommend any bride in the area to go to the shop near. The owner is absolutely incredible and her entire staff and team are so helpful. I never got in 1 million years. I had an absolutely amazing first experience trying on wedding dresses at Renee Austin! The boutique is so charming and peaceful; the exact vibe you want for looking for a dress. There was ample (and very comfortable) seating for my friends and family who joined me. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves even though we didn't! Ondrea was wonderful; she really listened to what I liked and found the right dresses for me to try on. She was very kind and created a very comfortable, safe space and made a special event feel just that!

First and foremost I was so excited they let me make an appointment for the Sunday before Memorial day- I had tried several other places and after telling me yes they'd be open they decided to close ( weeks after talking to me and plane tickets were purchased for an out of state person)- Thank goodness for Renee Austin! There are no words to adequately explain the professionalism and care that Ondrea had. Any comment we made she adjusted the dresses she had pulled to fit what we were talking about. She continually checked in with me to make sure I was doing ok and ultimately, helped me find THE DRESS!!! I can not recommend this boutique enough- Trust me, you will get first class service and be made to feel like the most important person in the room!!!!!!!

Not only do they have beautiful dresses here, but the best service! Mia & Danielle are the absolute best!!! Mia created such a warm, welcoming environment and was on a mission to find the dress for me. She actually picked out my wedding dress! After a long day of trying on dresses, at other locations, I knew I found the one. I called the store and spoke with Danielle. I had my phone on speaker phone so my mom could hear. Danielle was so genuinely ecstatic and happy, it actually made my mom cry tears of joy. It just hit her that I’m getting married. She’s been talking about Danielle’s reaction ever since, it truly touched her heart. Thank you again for making this a wonderful experience, we will never forget it!

This is the place! I tried 4 shops including this one and Renee Austin is the winner for me! They had a great selection of simple, timeless dresses (what I was looking for) I would have happily worn 4 out of the 5 dresses I tried on that day down the aisle! All within my budget range as well! Mia is the one who helped me, she was so helpful without helicoptering, it felt like having one of my friends help me—encouraging and enthusiastic for me, but also calm and not pushy at all! I felt like she really listened and took every comment about my likes and dislikes to heart (even if it was something very minor) and adjusted with each new dress she suggested. And I left it all to her, I told her what I was looking for, and let her do the styling, and I'm so glad I did!

I've been to three bridal shops before trying yours. All left me feeling like I would never find a dress. Mia made me feel so confident and beautiful. She was gentle with my insecurities. This experience was unlike any other! Above and beyond my expectations!

I worked with Mia throughout my entire experience starting from me disliking every dress to allowing me to browse, which eventually led to me finding mg gown. She also helped with my veil. While I primarily worked with Mia, I did work with a few others who also went above and beyond. When I wasn’t quite ready to say “yes to the dress” I was allowed to come back the same day, try it on and confirm my decision. Ten years ago my Prom dress was purchased here, when the store looked nothing like it currently does, so happy to put on another gown I’ve fallen in love with from Renee Austin.

Renee Austin was amazing. The second we walked in, we were warmly greeted and given direction on what to do while we wait for my consultant. Katrina was the most amazing consultant. She was attentive, kind, and the best hype woman. She helped me find the dress of my dreams all because of her expertise and skill. She never put pressure on me to find a dress or to purchase right away. She never mentioned sizing of dresses or made comments about my body. She pulled gowns that just kept getting better and better until we hit the jackpot. I have never felt more confident and uplifted. The receptionist Danielle was one of the sweetest women I have ever met and made me feel so welcomed. If I could relive this experience again, I would do it 100 times! Wow what an experience it was shopping at Reneé Austin! I had one dress appointment at another shop prior to this and felt so defeated and like I’d never find my dress. I cannot begin to explain how polar opposite my experience with Eliza was! She is the fairy godmother of consultants and the best hype girl!! She started the appointment by asking me what my wedding vibe was and what I liked/disliked and info about sizing and budget. I honestly would have bought the most expensive dress if I was in love but was hoping to stay towards the middle of range. Eliza took the challenge to find me my dream dress and come closer to the middle price range and boy did she deliver! She pulled me 4 dresses initially and the dress I ended up ordering was the first dress I tried on. Girl understood the assignment ?? I’ve been looking back at pictures not only obsessed with the dress but also living for the pure happiness on my face. I have some body insecurities like most women but Eliza sure had me gassed up and feeling like a million bucks! Coming from a girl who can’t make a decision to save her life, I was so sure this was my dress that I cancelled my next appointment at another shop. Why keep looking when you’ve found perfection?!
