My sister got her dress at Bridal Debut 4 years ago and ever since then I wanted to get my dress here as well. We both had such wonderful experiences. The sales associate was with me the entire time. She made me feel so comfortable. I never felt like a burden of that I had picked out too many dresses to try. She was more than happy to grab any dress I or my family picked out. She helped make sure the dress fit me properly and always asked how I felt. I highly recommend coming here for a wedding dress.

I came in with my Mom & Stephanie was quick to greet us - she was very friendly, helpful & always had a smile on her face. She helped select a few other dresses for me to choose from when I didn’t have a whole lot to try on. I came in with a different design in mind but decided to go with a completely different style. She didn’t make me feel rushed even when I went back and forth in narrowing down the selection! She was able to help me determine which one I wanted and provided solutions! The atmosphere was comfortable, welcoming, the boutique was clean and beautifully set up, staff were professional and all in all I loved every aspect of it! I went in with an idea of what I wanted, even had pictures & the numbers of the dresses I wanted to try on…. I left with a completely different dress…. A designer dress that was released that day! She listened to what I envisioned for our special day and found me some great options to try on, each dress better than the one before, until we found the perfect one! Amazing experience! I was on the waitlist to get into my bridal appointment and I got in last minute. I told my friend before I arrived I had such a good feeling about the place and I ended up finding my dream dress! It was definitely met to be :) All the ladies were extremely helpful. I purchased an off the rack dress for half the price it originally was. Absolutely loved how they had that! 10/10 experience and would recommend the Bridal Debut to anyone!

I was so impressed that my gown came in as soon as it did. I was able to book a try on the day my sister was in town to view the dress and decide on accessories prior to booking for alterations. Rong their in house seamstress came to take a quick look. As it so happened she had some free time and was willing to start the initial process of measuring for alterations. It was so nice to see the willingness of my bridal team of Yean and Rong who together made this a very productive visit. They truly are amazing and continue to make my overall bridal experience a spectacular one. You ladies are the best !!!!

My fiancee and I both booked appointments to try on dresses at Bridal Debut and were so pleased with the service we received. We worked with Stephanie and Yean who were responsive to our needs and made us feel like beautiful brides. This was not our first experience trying on dresses, but it was the only exciting experience that we had. We're both curvy and were worried that there would not be enough stylish options available in our sizes, but we were pleasantly surprised! The gowns they have in stock are absolutely gorgeous and aligned well with our style. We are looking forward to our next visit and hopefully will be saying yes to our dresses at Bridal Debut!

Absolutely loved my experience here! My stylist was efficient and completely in tune to what I liked and didn’t. I was given space to make any FaceTime videos to important people and walk around in the dress to make sure it was right. Never once did I feel rushed or unimportant and I really appreciate that.

I went to 4 stores to try on wedding dresses and bridal debut was by far the best experience. Stephanie helped me get in and out of dresses, hung them up for me, unzipped them and got them ready for me. She found exactly what I was looking for and made me feel confident. I highly recommend Bridal Debut! They have a beautiful selection of gowns in all styles, and they carry a lot of gowns I had not seen in any other stores in the city. I ended up finding my dream dress here. When my dress arrived, it unfortunately had a manufacturing defect. Even though this is not Bridal Debut’s fault at all, the team at Bridal Debut stepped in and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and taken care of. They offered many different solutions to the problem without hesitation. For example, they offered I could select a different dress, I could receive a refund, or I could re-order the same dress again. I chose to re-order the same dress hoping it would be better. Shelley, the manager, contacted the dress designer personally to ensure the next one would be perfect and arrive quickly. Throughout the whole process they communicated with me and I never felt stressed because I knew they were handling the situation and it would be resolved. I was so impressed with their customer service, professionalism and kindness. All the staff I met throughout my various appointments have been excellent.

I had the privilege of being taken care of by Stephanie and wow, cannot say enough good things about her. You can truly tell that she loves her job.

I had a wonderful experience at Bridal Debut! The dresses were all within a reasonable budget, and I even got to run around the show room and pull my own picks to try on. In the end, my Consultant Pauline ended up pulling the dress I purchased. She was really fantastic at listening to all the styles I liked. My mom doesn't live in town, but they were able to accommodate a last minute appointment to try on my dress again when she made a surprise visit into the city. I want to thank Bridal so much for the beautiful bridal experience. Because of my critical time crunch, I was anticipating an unsuccessful and stressful gown shopping experience. I didn't think I was going to find a gown in time and worse of all if I did it would have been a " it'll do gown ". When I walked into your boutique, I was greeted by Yean my consultant who immediately put me at ease .Her positivity and calming charm made me feel more confident in the hopes of finding my wedding gown. She was patient and thoughtful and a good listener. She took my vision and produced some gowns to try on. Her desire to work with me created a no stress or pressure environment. Being from out of town she accommodated and went the extra mile for me to make things work. I am so happy to say we found the gown and I love it. Yean really changed that 'entire anticipated, unsuccessful experience' to one that became the most wonderful bridal journey for me. Bridal Debut is very lucky to have her on their team. The experience with Bridal Début was levels above appointments I had at other bridal boutiques. This is a great place to go to get the wedding dress shopping experience! Stephanie was the associate helping me and was fantastic! She was warm and welcoming from the first introduction! She kept the experience light and fun, no pressure at all! Stephanie not only kept me as the bride engaged but my entourage as well! The shop is small but beautiful and cozy! Good selection of dresses!

I had an amazing experience. The lady who helped me was so patient and kind. My daughter who was 4 had to come with us. The ladies were so kind to her and even dressed her up in old bridesmaids dresses to make her feel special. As a mom this was the most kindest thing we could have experienced while looking for wedding dresses for the first time. And I think I found my dress there :) I plan to finalize soon.

I had a lovely experience trying on dresses at bridal bedut. Linda was extremely helpful and let me go select dresses on my own, which was a nice touch. I visited one other location and they were the ones selecting my dresses based on what I told them I liked. It would have been nice to just go select a few on my own there, as they had many beautiful dresses I felt I would've liked. I ended up finding the dress of my dreams at BD and the pricing couldn't be beat. I was lucky they had an amazing sale on, so I was also able to purchase a veil and hair jewelry as well. My only one small note, was that it was a bit tight where you come out and display the dresses to your party and not as private as I had wished. Other than that, it was still a wonderful experience. Everyone was so kind and helpful and I would definitely recommend anyone I know to get their dress at bridal debut. One last nice touch was the gift they give you when you purchase with them. Thank you Linda and team for making my day so special!

Kerri needs a raise. If the dress wasn’t as absolutely stunning as it was- I came back for Kerri. She was so knowledgeable, supportive, intuitive- the list is endless! Kerri gave genuine and positive feedback but helped guide me during an experience I was truly nervous about. My experience was nothing short of fabulous and I truly feel fortunate that I found my dress at Bridal Debut.

When she started pulling dresses, I started falling in love with the dresses. She pulled my dress that I chose and it is something I never could have dreamed of. My experience was really lovely at Bridal Debut! The environment was warm, welcoming, and filled with beautiful gowns. I had come in to see a specific dress and was able to try it on as they have a good size range of sample gowns. The owner and staff were all so kind and lovely as I tried on other dresses! If you're looking to explore wedding dress options I would recommend popping by Bridal Debut as I was not only able to get my dress there but my experience there was overall excellent!

I booked an appointment while I was in town visiting for the sole purpose of having family be able to join in on the excitement of dress shopping. I was so blessed to have Janice as my consultant! Such a beautiful location! Service was amazing and the highlight of the day. Best bridal store we visited. Yean was so lovely and made the experience special for myself and my family. I couldn’t recommend this location or her more! After trying on dresses, we put “the one” on hold and left for lunch to think it over before making the decision. While we were gone (and before we had even made a purchase) Yean had gone above and beyond and steam cleaned 2 little marks off the dress and stitched on a button that had fallen off the back. The attentiveness, kindness and quality at Bridal Début is unmatched to anything else in Edmonton. It had the best quality dresses and some of the best prices too which was an huge bonus. Overall, Bridal Début exceeded all of our expectations in every possible way and set the bar high for wedding dress shopping! Thank you Yean for being so wonderful and for helping me find my dress!
