I had a great experience with Shelly from Bridal Debut gownhouse. She was extremely patient with me as I tried on numerous dress more than a few times each. Let me decide on the dress that was the right one for me. I could not be happier with my wedding dress!! I highly recommend this store, they have great selection too!

Such a beautiful location! Service was amazing and the highlight of the day. Best bridal store we visited. Yean was so lovely and made the experience special for myself and my family. I couldn’t recommend this location or her more! After trying on dresses, we put “the one” on hold and left for lunch to think it over before making the decision. While we were gone (and before we had even made a purchase) Yean had gone above and beyond and steam cleaned 2 little marks off the dress and stitched on a button that had fallen off the back. The attentiveness, kindness and quality at Bridal Début is unmatched to anything else in Edmonton. It had the best quality dresses and some of the best prices too which was an huge bonus. Overall, Bridal Début exceeded all of our expectations in every possible way and set the bar high for wedding dress shopping! Thank you Yean for being so wonderful and for helping me find my dress!

I just want to say that I am thoroughly impressed with my time spent at Bridal Debut. I had booked an appointment for myself and two bridesmaids to go and try on wedding dresses. This was the first place I had visited so didn’t have much hope that I would find something that very day. The lovely lady who was helping me was Shelley. I shown Shelley some inspiration pics of dresses I had seen, style I liked etc. I spent a little bit of time browsing the dresses, Shelley also pulled some based off the pictures she was shown, she is beyond amazing and her experience and her knowledge really helped me lots! I tried a bunch of dresses and finally decided on one that Shelley had pulled for me. I was made to feel extremely comfortable and her compliments and honesty helped with my decision. Thank you Shelley, you have no idea how easy and effortless you made dress shopping for myself. You’re truly amazing at what you do.

Linda was my consultant and she was very professional, respectful, and extremely patient. She didn’t push or rush me on trying on or selecting a dress. She found my dress by listening to my comments and using her knowledge of their dresses, with knowledge of what could be done to personalize my dress further. Her patience allowed me to feel comfortable with my decision. I would highly recommend coming here, everyone on the staff was friendly, well-informed, and seemed comfortable with where they work and who they work with.

I was so happy with my experience at bridal debut. I definitely wasn’t expecting to find my dress the first time trying on gowns but I found the perfect one! Stephanie was amazing at her job and knew which dresses would be perfect for my body, she listened to what I liked and what didn’t like. Stephanie was professional, caring, funny and easy to talk to. She made me feel very comfortable and I felt like it was okay to tell her if I didn’t like something. We will be coming back to find bridesmaids dresses in the future!

I truly appreciated how beautiful and clean the place is, the gorgeous options available, and my amazing consultant!! Stephanie was just so wonderful! Shelley was my consultant and I arrived to my second fitting with my favourite dresses from the previous already pulled, and another chance to look around the store. She was knowledgeable about the gown selection, gave great advice, and was all around lovely to work with.
