The shop owner & staff were so friendly & accommodating, they booked me 2 seperate appointments so I could ensure everyone special to me was included and could share in the experience. Staff was very helpful, welcoming and kind. During my second appointment the lovely lady working with me was different then the first time but my lady from my first appointment intentionally came over to talk to me because she remembered me.it was all around an amazing time!

But my expert was so amazing, she had every style I could try, and helped me completely narrow it down to a dress I never imagined, even more beautiful than I thought! Went to Bridal Debut as my second location when I was looking for dresses with my mom and bridal party. The first place I went to I felt like they weren’t listening to what I wanted, rushed dress after dress and didn’t give me any time to take in what I was looking at, and the last straw was when they tried pressuring me into a dress that was way over my budget! I then walked into Bridal Debut that afternoon and was met with excitement, kindness and understanding. The first person we spoke to gave me 5 coloured clips to put onto dresses I liked, and introduced me to Janice. Janice first talked to me for a few minutes, reviewed my budget and asked if it was firm or if there was wiggle room and picked out some dresses based on what I had chosen previously. She brought me the dresses in the style I liked, talked about each dress with me (perks like pockets or extra light, fit, and price) and asked if I was comfortable with those features/price before trying it on. This made me feel extremely comfortable that my needs and wants were being listened to. Janice let me take my time and really look at myself in each dress, and checked in before moving onto the next one. Although I did not buy my dress that day, I called first thing Tuesday morning and booked another appointment for that Saturday to try it on again as I couldn’t stop thinking about it. Janice was there to help, once again, and I am extremely grateful for her guidance and expertise. I left feeling absolutely beautiful and confident that I have found the perfect dress!

Janice was so great. I had an idea of what I wanted when I went in. She pulled a dress she thought would look great that was the opposite of everything I said I wanted. I got the dress she pulled. Highly skilled and delivering what the bride really wants!

My experience was absolutely phenomenal. Yean was so attentive, patient and understanding of everything I was looking for in a dress. She listened to what I wanted and picked out my yes dress for me! AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! The ladies here will make you feel like the most important person in the world, and help you with every little thing! They help complete the look, answer all your questions and make you look AMAZING! The store may be smaller, but the dress selection is BIG with a fantastic GLAM mirror with the best lights for any sparkle to really shine. Definitely recommend.

Appointment but they still made room for me I tried on two dresses sadly one couldn’t be orders but thanks to the amazing people there at bridal Début we found one that is in many ways alike I am very pleased with the servise and selection I found a beautiful and amazing dress !

I was extremely nervous about dress shopping, as I suffer from very low body self-confidence. Bridal Début was recommended by a co worker, so this was the very first place I booked an appointment with. Janice was an absolute pleasure to work with through this. She made me - and my family- feel so very comfortable. Helped me try on dresses that I didn't think would look good, and included my family so much in this experience. I love coming here! I bought my wedding dress, two Bridesmaid dresses and my sister also got her wedding dress here. The staff are always amazing and work very hard to make you feel special and comfortable. I cannot recommend this shop enough!

I had a really great experience here! My consultant Shelly was good at picking out what I wanted and organized at helping me change dresses easily. This was a no pressure experience and I had a lot of fun! They had great ideas for what I could change or try to get the dress I wanted in my budget. I would highly recommend Bridal Debut for finding your perfect dress! I did have to go back a few times as it takes me a while to decide but they were patient and gave me all the attention I needed during the appointments and I was able to say yes to the dress!!! I'm so happy I decided to walk through these doors.

I had Janice as my consultant both days I was in to try on dresses and she made the experience absolutely exceptional. Everybody was so friendly, the dresses were so beautiful, and I could not recommend Bridal Debut enough!

I was in on Jan 27,2024 my stylist was Kerri. When I first walked in the door I was very skeptical on even wanting to try on dresses, I was very stressed out. I had my bridal party of 5 girls and my sister with us. Kerri made the whole experience stress free, we had a friendly welcome she took the time with us in the beginning and explained the whole process. We then looked around for dresses for me to try on, I lost count on the number of beautiful dresses I tried on. Kerri then picked the most beautiful dress for me to try it was one of the last ones I would have never thought of that dress until she brought it to my changing room. After I tried it on, we had another appointment for myself and my bridesmaids for dresses. All the other dresses I tried on at the other store I always had this beautiful dress in the back of my mind. My girls found their dresses at the other place. The stylist at the other place asked to see a photo of this dress, and when we showed it to her, she told me " You found your dress" and it is not at this store. I even agreed with her, Bridal debut was closed by then, so I knew I had to go back to get this beautiful dress ordered. I live 2.5 hours out of Edmonton, I booked the Tuesday off work to drive back up. I tried the dress on again and it felt like the one. I want to say Kerri was the greatest to have for my stylist, she was able to read what I was looking for and she helped me find my one and only dress that was there just for me. I can not wait for it to come in so I can get the alterations done and have it ready for my Big Special day. Thank you again Kerri you are truly an amazing lady.. I hope when I come to pick it up, you will be working that day so I can thank you again in person. If anyone is looking for a dress for their special day, I would love to recommend Kerri. But all the girls in the Sherwood Park location are amazing.

Shelley and the team at this store have been incredible. As I’ve worked in the bridal industry for years and tried on or been around many gowns before for shows, they are all gorgeous, but I didn’t know what I would fall in love with, or what I fully wanted. Shelley pulled gorgeous gowns that flattered my shape, which is between average/plus, and incorporated the requirements of what I said I liked. She found my dress and made the entire experience beautiful for my mom and I. Thank you for making our experience so perfect! I can’t wait to wear my gown for the wedding.

Linda was amazing to work with, listened to what I wanted and liked and did her best to help find the dress for me. Unfortunately my vision was a challenging one and I ended up getting a custom one designed. However Linda was great and I would recommend others to go see her. The atmosphere of the store was great too. Very friendly staff.

Janice was amazing! Listened to what I wanted and pulled unique gowns. Heather even pulled a brand new gown for me that had just come in the day before. I loved it, but ultimately ended up in something different that Janice had pulled. Something I probably wouldn’t have pulled for myself, but it was perfect! As a plus sized bride, I had been to a few different shops previously and some had limited selection in my size. I throughly enjoyed my bridal appointment. I didn’t really know what I was looking for, but Jordan helped me out a ton! She let me try on so many different dresses to find my style and never made me feel like I was a problem. Her help (and the other consultants help) was so great. I got to buy my dress off the rack and take it home, which alleviated a lot of stress. I will definitely recommend Bridal Debut for their amazing service and many options!
