Michelle was FANTASTIC. She had listened to what I thought I wanted when I was picking ‘looks’ before my appointment, went with the flow when I expressed interest in other dresses, answered 567 questions I had, took photos so my mom & I could look back at our favorite dresses, and just made the experience completely memorable. I was so surprised at the price, too - so affordable!! Have been going to Engagements for years for formalwear and was excited to round out my dress buying years with them! I have had great service both times I have been there. Everyone is really nice and working for you and with you to make sure you find the dress you love. They don't pressure you to buy anything, and they don't look down on anyone who has a small budget.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff did everything they could to make the experience warming and welcoming. Trying on dresses can be exhausting but the energy in the store made it feel exciting and fun!

The staff were very kind and caring. They took the time to measure me to help me find dresses that would fit me. They had a huge selection of dresses to choose from. They were very personable and helped me look at dresses in my price range. They were not rushing me to finish the appointment in a certain time frame, which I had experienced at other stores. I would say the only downside was one section of the store that had the cheapest dresses was hard to get to. Everything else was wonderful!

Everything was great! It was tidy, had a large selection, & Angie was a doll to work with! Everyone made me feel so comfortable, and I couldn’t have picked a better place to find my wedding dress!

I absolutely loved working with Catherine. She was so sweet and attentive. I was allowed to pull dresses I thought I would like and even some I didn’t think were my style. With Catherine’s help, I said YES to a dress that I NEVER imagined myself walking down the aisle in, until I tried it out.

Love Mrs. Stephanie and Mrs. Angie! Stephanie helped me pick my bridesmaid dresses and get started with my gown. Angie entertained my moms and helped pick THE DRESS. Loved my experience. Can’t wait to finish all of the details.

This was the first shop I had been too after getting engaged. I honestly was not planning to get anything that day. I figured I would walk in and try on quite a few dresses and realize what I didn't want. But Ms. Cindy, she knew exactly what to do. She could tell what I liked when I tried on a dress and what I didn't like and she was able to chose different dresses for me to try on based off that. My final dress I tried on was one she picked out. I never thought I would wear the style I chose but she knew, she knew that it would be that dress. And it was. I put it on and looked in the mirror and I completely fell in love. And once she put a veil on, that was it, I was sold. I am so happy with the gown I purchased and I couldn't have done that without the crew at Engagements! Thank you!

Engagements was my first appointment after I got engaged! The store was beautiful, the people were friendly, and the selection was plentiful. I arrived a few minutes early, but they let me start browsing right away. After I started trying on dresses, I never felt rushed to end my appointment! I also wasn’t pushed to buy a dress before leaving the store. They completely understood that I wanted to keep looking, since it was my very first stop!
